Wonderful and cozy condo, located on the first floor - also known as ground floor in Europe. Walk to the beach in a minute and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean at North Flagler Beach. The condo includes a community swimming pool with bathroom, shower and a gazebo. There is also a marina on the ICW (Intra Coastal Waterway) side of the condo community that boasts a very cozy and fairly large octagonal shape gazebo (with sitting space all around its inside edge). Parking is on a first-come first-serve basis. The unit includes living/dining room, full kitchen, one master bedroom (king size bed) with full bathroom and walking closet, one guest bedroom (queen size bed) with a full bathroom. Also includes a Lanai with outdoor furniture to enjoy the view of the pond and marina; the Lanai is fully enclosed with a screen and an exit door. The unit is fully furnished with a modern and beach style decoration with central A/C. Going south on Ocean Shore Blvd., there are many restaurants & shops.
Reduced rate for the months of November (Thanksgiving month) and December (Holiday Season month) applied.

Wonderful Stay

The condo is beautiful, spotlessly clean and the attention to detail in providing everything needed for a comfortable stay was impressive. The small condo complex is quiet and we really enjoyed our condo neighbors. It’s an ideal location and perfect if you enjoy walking, running or biking. The restaurants in the area are wonderful especially if you’re a seafood lover. The ocean and intracoastal are steps away. Ray and Suzy are perfect hosts

Beautiful accommodation

The condo is just as pictured on VRBO. It was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and contained everything we needed to cook when we wanted to. Not having to bring towels and sheets was great and those provided were plentiful and plush. We loved the lanai but it overlooks the parking lot. The lack of a view was the one thing we missed, but the beach was a short walk away. Even for two people in our eighties, we made that walk every day. Our favorite place to walk was the spacious boardwalk in the marina with a walkway leading to it from the condo. The hosts always responded to any question we had.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Condo was perfect. We had a wonderful time in Flagler. Beach was beautiful. Condo had everything we needed. Loved it!

Ray and Suzi’s condo

Very nice ground floor unit, very clean with up to date kitchen and bathrooms. Beach, Marina on the inland waterway and pool all within a short walk. Perfect getaway/vacation spot.

Great place

My family stayed here while visiting us in Flagler Beach. They loved the first floor unit and location. Set on the intracoastal, across the street from the beach, close to the pool was ideal especially with a two year old. The place is beautiful, clean and well taken care of. Ray was great to work with and checked in to make sure all was good with their stay. I would recommend and rent this unit again for family and friends visiting Flagler beach

Amazing relating vacation spot!

Couldn't believe our eyes when we open the door to our most beautiful, lovely home away from home. This property is very well taken care of and decorated beyond. It has all the comforts plus for anyone. The screen in porch was a big hit for my mom, she enjoyed that spot so very much. Home had everything you would need. Host was very graceful and very informative. Would love to stay there again and would highly recommend to anyone who loves feeling at home with a beautiful, relaxing and amazing home

We wish to make this condo unit (first floor or ground floor as is known in Europe) available to travelers looking for a place to relax and still be steps from the beach. The condo is strategically located next to the ocean and off the beaten path. There is parking available and an overflow parking; most of the time there are available parking spaces within the condo community.

Flagler Beach (FB) is a unique city along side the Atlantic Coast with a view of the beach that is never blocked by high rise buildings; there are no high rise buildings along its coast. The beach across from the condo community is fairly secluded, so sometimes you'll have a sector of the beach all to yourself. FB is strategically located right between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, so you get to enjoy these two cities and then come back to peace and tranquility. You get to walk up and down Ocean Shore Blvd. (A1A) always with a permanent view of the Atlantic Ocean while enjoying the many restaurants and small shops. Also, you can ride all the side streets - except Ocean Shore Blvd. - on a golf cart (Flagler Beach Rentals). Last, but not least, there is the FB Pier where you can walk and enjoy the ocean breeze.
