This Maravilla condo is located on the 3rd floor with large balconies off the living room and master bedroom that provide side views of the Gulf of Mexico. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The condo has 2 King Beds, 2 Twin beds and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably.

Brand new HVAC, water heater, refrigerator and electric range in 2023. Both bathrooms fully renovated so you can easily rinse off after a long day at the beach. New pillow- top mattress in owner’s suite, etc. etc. This place has been updated for you!

The unit has cable TV's, high-speed internet and WiFi. There is a hair dryer, beach towels and a beach wagon. A high chair and pack and play are also provided. The kitchen is well-stocked with a coffee maker, Keurig, blender and toaster. Cookware and utensils for a gourmet meal are supplied. A starter supply of bath essentials, kitchen soap and paper products are included.

"Destin Relaxation's" location is UNBEATABLE! There are wide sidewalks on both sides of Scenic Highway perfect for a morning or afternoon stroll. If you want to eat out, Kenny D's and Captain Daves are to the right and Pompano Joes is to the left. All are within short-walking distance. No need to find a parking spot... Boshamps, The Back Porch and Jackacudas (sushi) are probably my favorites but I would recommend a car.

Beach Service (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) is provided between Mar-Oct, free of charge.

Kayaks and Paddleboards are available for rent Mid March to October.

Guests will have access to all amenities including 2 pools, hot tub, pickleball court, tennis courts, outdoor grills, fitness center and basketball court.

Maravilla is a low rise condo with elevator access, so it is perfect for families with small children and seniors.

Guests must be over 25 or accompanied by parent(s) or legal guardian for the duration of their stay.
Abide by the Posted Association Rules

A rental agreement will be sent after a confirmed booking.

Other things to note:
2 unassigned parking spaces available. Passes will be provided for your stay.
There are no Trailers, Campers or RV's allowed in the parking lot. No golf carts or scooters are allowed.
No children under 12 years of age are permitted to use the hot tub.
Discounted monthly rates are available between November-February. Please inquire.
