Welcome to our beautiful home in the charming town of Lady Lake, Florida! The house is located in the most desirable locations in The Villages, on an oversized lot and minutes from both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to all the amenities of The Villages, including golf courses, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The house features 3 large bedrooms, 2 updated bathrooms, and a split floor plan. The bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable beds and window treatments, ensuring a good night's sleep. The 3rd bedroom has no closet, but it can be used as an office or a guest room.

The den is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a book or watching TV. The huge enclosed lanai is a highlight of the house, perfect for enjoying the Florida sun and hosting gatherings with friends and family. The lanai is equipped with a mini split for your comfortable enjoyment all year round.

The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. It's equipped with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, cookware, and utensils for you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It also features a dining table that seats 8 people, perfect for family meals or entertaining guests.

Great for a week. Small details would make it so much better.

This property was the right price and location for us. It had everything my teenaged sons and I needed for a visit to my mom in the villages. There are some small things (and a couple large ones) that could make this rental a little less of a rental and a little more homey. First the positives: pretty well stocked - appreciated the bathroom and kitchen necessities. Coffee and Keurig were awesome. Master shower spacious and nice. Beds were comfortable. Three TVs so we could all watch what we wanted. The place was clean. Room for improvement: the outlets in the master bedroom are very inconveniently placed. A power strip would make a big difference. Maybe one of each side for phone and accessory charging. Clearly people move the bed a lot to reach the outlet behind it because there are scratches on the wall from the headboard. We woke up to ants in the kitchen after leaving some dishes in the sink. I know this is Florida and ants are pretty common. I wasn’t thinking I couldn’t leave dishes for one night though. Manager was very responsive and brought spray over. It seems the owners maybe don’t want to do the regular bug spraying that most people do there. Or whoever they use is not effective. The kitchen table had very wobbly legs and could use some repair - wood glue or something. The laundry basket provided was nice but completely broken and time to replace. The sun room was lovely but very sparsely outfitted. Overall everything was fine for the price. It was a good deal.
