Need a little rest and relaxation, then “Hello Sunshine” is the perfect place for your stay ! Wake up in the morning and view the sunrise from bed or enjoy coffee on the balcony and see if you can spot a turtle. This spacious direct oceanfront one bedroom condo overlocks the Atlantic Ocean and Golden Mile of Myrtle Beach. It is located in the Sand Dunes Resort and is close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping.

With all the comforts of home, this unit comes fully equipped for your arrival with luxury linens, bath towels and a starter kit of trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper and dish soap. 2 Beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided for your convenience.

Wether you decide to dine in or out, there is a fully stocked kitchen with stove top, full refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and microwave. Cutlery, crockery and glassware also provided.

The condo has 2 Smart TV's . One in the living room and the other in the bedroom. The bedroom is located on the ocean side of the unit. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

The condo is located on the 4th floor with easy access via the elevators.
Check in in hassle free!! On arrival you can head directly to the condo with the door code provided on the day or arrival.

Sand Dunes offers a heated indoor pool with hot tub and a outdoor pool with a lazy river. Located on the 4th floor the beach is easy access via the elevator. All you need to bring is your food an clothing! And beach towels please.

Within a block of the resort there is a large selection of restaurants. Bonefish Grill, Carrabba's, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Outback Steakhouse to name a few!. Also Starbucks on the corner.

Within a short driving distance from Sand Dunes there are many things to do. Miniature golf, Outlet shopping, pier fishing, or a stop at Broadway at the Beach with its nightly entertainment and fireworks displays. There are dinner shows like the Pirates Voyage or music at the Alabama Theater or House of Blues. After taking a walk along the Boardwalk take a ride on the Myrtle Beach Sky Wheel to see a spectacular 360' view of Myrtle Beach! Or maybe a baseball game at the Pelicans stadium! The choices are endless.!!

Weekend Getaway

This was our first time in Myrtle Beach, we had no idea where to choose to stay. After viewing numerous condos we chose Sand Dunes. It was wonderful & very relaxing. Restaurants & grocery store were within walking distance. Just one suggestion - local restaurant menus's near the condo would have been very helpful. We will definitely book again.

A place of peace and relaxation

My girlfriend and I stay here for her birthday. We enjoyed the location so much that we barely left the room. The view is as wonderful as can be. The king size bed firm and very comfortable. Everything work well and looks great. The only small issues was the shower curtain that needed to be replaced. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to Myrtle Beach. Thank you for the stay.

Condo in Dated Building

This review is twofold. First, the entire building. It's dated, needs painting. Outer doors are rusted. The hallway walls are dingy. Elevators are poorly lit. Rusting around the doors. The parking garage is difficult. Two-way traffic always made for surprises as one approached a turn. The support walls just made for blind turns. Now for the condo... it was refreshing. Nicely furnished. Appeared to have been updated recently. Very clean - an important item for me. Yes, very clean. Great view of the ocean and it's sounds. I was disappointed about the room arrangement. Perhaps that's my fault for not looking carefully enough. The living area is right as one enters the condo. No view from here. The nice ocean view was from the bedroom and patio. I wished that these areas had been reversed. It appears as if the condo was originally designed for the bedroom to be in the front area since that's where the closet was located. The only other negative was the closet itself. The owner has put a large chest inside leaving only a tiny area for one to hang clothes. No place to hide shoes nor luggage. In summary, the condo was clean, updated nicely, furnished nicely. I think if the entire common areas in the building had been updated - just fresh paint and more attention to cleanliness - my review would be much better.

Perfect Oceanfront Haven

This was a great little oceanfront getaway property. This listing is 100% accurate in its amenities, decor and cleanliness. Absolutely loved the oceanfront views from the balcony on the Adirondack chairs or the gorgeous views of the ocean from the bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!

Everything was beautiful and as expected. The umbrella and chairs were a great beach addition. There is no soap or shampoo provided so make sure you bring some. There is a convenience store on the main lobby which came in handy. Everyone was very friendly and we would stay again.

Perfect getaway!

The unit was the perfect place for our getaway. If you love the beach, you’ll love this place. The view was incredible and you can actually fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Condo was exactly like the pictures, well done on the remodel. The view is great from the condo, plus it’s the 4th floor which is perfect for my wife and I. Check in was easy and absolutely nothing but praise for the condo itself. The building it is in isn’t bad but not as nice as the condo.

The rental process was easy. The property faces the ocean with a nice balcony. There is a compact kitchen area and a nice-sized living area. The bedroom is large and the bed is comfortable. I enjoyed my time staying there.

Breathtaking Ocean View

We stayed for 4 nights and 3 days . Adults only vacation just my fiancé and I . It was very easy to enter and leave the condo using the keyless entry pad . Once inside the condo is updated and very beautiful. Our favorite part was laying in bed and viewing the ocean and hearing the waves as we were trying to go to sleep. The bed was extremely comfortable along with the bedding provided. The only bad thing I can say is it would have been helpful to have some kind of rack to place shampoos etc on when showering as there is no niche to place things . The other thing is we brought our own towels from home because the rules about not damaging the towels seemed very strict . So we did not want to risk it .

Pros: The room was exactly as pictured! Very clean, modern, and quaint. The view of the ocean from the bed was AMAZING! The oceanfront view from the balcony was also AMAZING! Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler in the room were an added plus. Although this trip was adults only, the property itself was very kid/family friendly. Cons: An iron in the room would’ve been useful. The parking garage was always full, although we found a second garage we had to walk from. The “cleaning fee” should include stripping the bed, etc that is required. Other than that, the room and experience was wonderful and RELAXING! I would definitely use this again.
