Located minutes from the hiking trails, you can also reach Silverthorne, Dillon, or Frisco within 15 minutes drive or less, making it easy to explore these gorgeous mountain towns in the famed Colorado Rockies.
The Space:
This cozy home offers up an intimate layout and an open-concept floor plan focused on a beautiful, wood-burning fireplace featuring striking stonework. It will catch your eye - along with the abundant natural light via the windows that flank the fireplace - and welcome you into this lovely home away from home. As you enter, you will love the openness of the space, where you can easily move between the living, dining, and kitchen areas.
First up is the dining area, where you will find a dining table that seats six conveniently situated just off the kitchen. A bar/serving area provides seating for two more and serves as an ideal bridge between the kitchen and dining spaces, making it easy to serve, dine and socialize between the two areas. The kitchen features a double-basin sink, wood cabinets, and everything you need to whip up a meal, from a blender to a toaster to a crockpot.
When you’re ready to relax and unwind after a day of exploration and fun, settle into the living area, where two couches with matching ottomans await. Put your feet up, snuggle in and reminisce while you stoke the fire in the wood-burning fireplace and tune into a favorite show on the flat-screen TV. One of the sofas pulls double duty, functioning as a couch by day and converting into a sleep space by night as a queen-size, pull-out bed while the large windows on either side of the fireplace bring the outside in, with views of the pines and access to the outdoor balcony space. Across the way, a second bedroom provides a restful retreat with a queen-size bed, bedside nightstand, lamp, a spacious dresser, and balcony views. Just off of this bedroom and near the entrance to the home, you will find the second full bathroom, which boasts a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo.
An indoor lounge/game room that features a pool table is available for your use. Coin-operated laundry facilities are also available if needed.

Guests will have access to the entire home and balcony as well as the shared lounge, and laundry room at the complex. Parking is available for as many as four vehicles in the parking lots in front of and behind the building.

For a day on the ski slopes, you also have options with Keystone, Loveland, Breckenridge, and Arapahoe Basin ski resorts all less than 15 miles from you.
Getting Around:
From this home, you have endless opportunities for outdoor recreation and exploration. Hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and more can be accessed in less than 15 minutes while you are also a short drive from the charming mountain towns of Frisco, Silverthorne, and Dillon. If you are wanting to take advantage of the FREE public transit system, you are just minutes from the Buffalo Ridge and Timber Ridge bus stops on the Wildernest Loop route of the FREE Summit Stage bus line, which connects you to nearly anywhere you may want to reach in the area. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
