Downtown Saugatuck house steps from all attractions, yet the perfect tranquil spot to get away from it all. Our 3BR/2.5bath home is located on Butler Street and sleeps 8. This house is minutes away from all Saugatuck has to offer: art galleries, shopping, parks, riverfront views, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Utilize the chain ferry, one block away, and walk or ride a bike to beautiful Oval Beach, or drive 10 minutes away.

Park your car in the driveway for your entire stay and stroll through town! Watch the local parades from the front porch, walk one block away for concerts in the park, walk home after cocktails and dinner.

Enjoy time together in this updated bungalow with an open concept floor plan. The layout offers plenty of space to relax after a day of activities. Gather together while cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and everything you need to prepare the perfect meal. Ample seating for 8 at the dining table, and 5 at the counter. Utilize the sunroom to play games, read by the fire, or watch a movie. Enjoy a glass of wine on the back deck, play games in the private back yard.

The Second floor includes the Primary bedroom with an en-suite full bath, the second bedroom (queen) and third bedroom (twin trundle) and another full bath. Perfect location

The house is in a great location. It was so nice to be able to walk to town to shop, eat and grab a coffee. The house itself is very nice and clean. The hosts were wonderful to work with and quick to respond to questions. We loved our stay in Saugatuck and will definitely be back!

Great stay in Saugatuck!

Our multi generational group of five had ample room to stretch out for a long weekend at Birch House. The house was immaculate and well appointed, even a bit nicer than the pictures suggested! The location is outstanding. Would stay again and would highly recommend.

A Quite Gem in A Great Little Town

Everything about this home is wonderful. It is comfortable to sit in each room. The wonderfully landscaped back yard makes for a peaceful quite reflection with coffee or more. My family enjoyed the hard work that went into the layout, the furnishings and the kitchen space. As importantly it is an easy walk to everything in town and the water front but on a beautiful quite street that also allows you to feel far away. 10 min drive to oval beach. A wonderful home, good value and memory former. We will be back!

Everything is new, clean and brilliantly decorated. I would like to keep this the best kept secret in Saugatuck…..but that wouldn’t be fair. Great location to everything. The management company were quick to respond with any questions we had.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

Our stay was great. The house was spotless and stylishly decorated. Love how the hosts renovated an older home. The location is just a couple of blocks from everything, but far enough away to be quiet. Would definitely recommend!

The house and yard were the perfect size for our family of five (plus dog). The location is fantastic, close enough to walk and far enough to be away from the modest crowds in Saugatuck. Just what we were looking for - the beaches in Saugatuck are the best!

Saugatuck holds a special place in our hearts. Over the years, we have visited during every season and even honeymooned at a B&B right here in town. We are so happy that we were recently able to purchase a vacation home in the heart of town. We enjoy the opportunity to share this special town with our guests and hope that you love it as much as we do.

We love being in the heart of town. You can park your car in the driveway and walk or bike to everything this lovely town has to offer. We enjoy strolling to dinner and walking along the river in the evening. The community is so friendly and welcoming to visitors. We also enjoy the opportunity to hike Saugatuck Dunes State Park as often as possible, and never tire of the Lake Michigan shoreline.
