Modern 5BR Home w/ 2 Living Spaces and Kitchens

NEWLY RENOVATED stylish space perfect for group trips. The main level consists of 3bedrooms/2baths and the basement apartment is 2bedrooms/1bath with its own living room, kitchen, dining area, and private entrance. All furnishings are brand new (furniture, mattresses, towels, sheets, kitchenware, etc.)

This home is newly renovated, from the ceilings to the floors. We have 5 bedrooms and 6 beds (2 kings, 4 queens).

You’ll have the entire house to yourself, and it’s actually designed to be two separate apartments (upstairs and downstairs) that we also list as separate rentals. So, there are 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, 2 sets of washer dryers, etc.

The upstairs and downstairs even have 2 separate HVAC units so the temperature can be set to each floor’s specific preference.

The interior was professionally designed in chic mid-century modern style and all furnishings are brand new (furniture, mattresses, towels, kitchenware — all brand new). Your comfort is our top priority.

Every bedroom has a TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, HBOMax, Discovery+, and ESPN+.

Our property manager lives just minutes away from this house. This home is professionally managed by highly rated Airbnb experts with properties across the country. Customer service is important to us, and we’ll make sure you enjoy your stay.

We just ask that you avoid disturbing the neighbors, and we cannot allow parties due to local Airbnb ordinances.

You’ll have the entire property to yourself — house, yard, parking lot — everything

Kate and I live down the street and are always available if our guests have any questions or need anything.

******Accurate guest count is required by Airbnb and our insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting. For example, if you plan on 6 people staying overnight and 2 people visiting during the day, the guest count is 8 people. If you have questions about this policy, please send us a message before you book.

***Please note a $500 pre-authorization hold (not a charge) will be placed on the credit card used to book your reservation 24 hours before check-in. This hold will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges. Once the pre-authorization is successfully processed, we will send check-in instructions to the phone number associated with your VRBO account.
1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.

2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host your event. Good communication is key.

3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited. We also do not allow smoking weed outside. Both our neighbors have small children and spend a lot of time in their backyard.

4. The maximum number of vehicles that our home can accomodate is 5. If you think you will have more than 5 vehicles send us a message so we can figure out a parking situation. We have a very large driveway that can easily accommodate 5 vehicles

5. Do not park in front of our neighbor’s house. Our driveway has plenty of parking for all cars. If you need to park in the street, please only park in our driveway.

6. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations between $20 and $25.

7. Guests must provide an unaltered copy of their Driver's License or Passport to host through Airbnb message thread within 24 hours after booking so we can independently confirm your identity and finalize your reservation.

8. Our cleaning team charge a $350 biohazard fee if they have to clean up any bodily fluids (blood, urine, feces) and $100 if they have to clean up confetti
