The four season sunroom with a/c and ceiling fan overlook the private yard. The main floor also has a new half-bath off of the foyer.

The second floor has two spacious bedrooms that are furnished with king-sized beds, twin beds are in the third bedroom, and a full-sized futon is in the bonus room. Our idyllic location is one mile to Dowses Beach, two miles to Craigville Beach and we provide a town beach pass to use at all Barnstable beaches. Beach towels and chairs are provided. It is a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Osterville Village and also to the walking paths in nearby Armstrong Kelly Park.
