Dieser wunderbare St. Das Stadthaus in Simons Island, 1 Block vom King & Prince Hotel und dem Strand entfernt, ist wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet seinen Bewohnern einen wunderbaren Rückzugsort vom Alltag. Neptune-near-the-Sea bietet Platz für 8 Personen und verfügt über 2300 Quadratmeter, 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 1/2 Bäder, eine Garage für 1 Auto und einen Aufzug von der Garage zur obersten Wohnebene. Auf allen 3 Wohnebenen gibt es kleine Veranden und große Veranden. In der ersten Wohnebene mit offenem Design befinden sich das Wohnzimmer mit hohen Decken, das charmante Esszimmer und die gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit Fotos und Kunstwerken sowie einer Vielzahl anderer Accessoires wie lustigen Schnickschnack und kleinen Antiquitäten, die das Haus sehr warm und einladend machen.

The house was great. Plenty of room and just a quick walk to the beach and to some great restaurants. The host was excellent with communication and information. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Stay - Walking Disrance to Beac and Fully Equiped

Our stay at Judy's townhouse on St. Simon’s Island was absolutely perfect. The accommodations exceeded our expectations in every way. The townhouse was immaculate, and Judy had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand every day. The townhouse was fully equipped with all the essentials and more, making it feel like a home away from home. Judy was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

SSI Townhome

Excellent location. Townhouse was in perfect shape. Communications were great. We have no complaints. A short walk to one of the best SSI beaches. This unit could only be better if it had a swimming pool or access to the pool at the nearby King & Prince.

Wonderful Family Stay

Had a wonderful time here at St. Simons. A 2-3 minute walk adjacent to the king and prince resort using the public beach access. There were plenty of beach toys for the kids and that makes things incredibly easy when you are traveling with 3 children! I recommend this property to everyone who can!

Great Space and Steps from Beach

Location is A+++. 100 yards from front door to beach right behind the King and Prince and easy walking distance to three/four restaurants! Judy was clear and easy to work with. Love that it has 3 1/2 baths for 8! Had a great family trip!!!

Great house and location for a vacation stay

The house was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation stay. Plenty of space, bathrooms, and storage for everyone. Restaurants were close by too. My only complaint is there should be a king size bed in the master. I believe it was a full size which is small for two people. I would definitely stay here again though!

Excellent Townhome Right near the Beach

This was an excellent place for a family getaway. The home was meticulously clean with plenty of space. The property was on a quiet street, less than a five minute walk to East Beach. The Property Manager was very communicative prior to the rental period. She also kept a binder in the house of things to do and places to see to include a comprehensive list of restaurants on the Island. As such, there were no surprises and the check in and check out process was seamless. Overall, we had an excellent stay!

Close to Everything!

We loved the home. Wonderfully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. The beach access was perfect. Close to resturants, Village, pier and beach. Great place to stay for a large family.

Charming Townhouse with short walk to the beach!

We had a lovely stay during our time at this townhouse. All the rooms are beautifully decorated, and there is room for everyone in the family to spread out. Each room has its own bathroom and balcony, including a large master suite on its own floor. Access to the beach is only a short easy walk. This made it easy to make multiple trips to the beach with breaks in between back at the townhouse. Judy was so easy to work with and was so helpful. She provided detailed instructions along the way, and we would be happy to rent her lovely townhouse again. Enjoy!

Wonderful Get-Away at Neptune-by-the-Sea

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Neptune-by-the-Sea. The townhouse was spacious, clean, nicely decorated with very interesting art, a block away from the beach, and close to the village. Judy provided everything we needed from a beach wagon to an elevator to access the upper floors. We will definitely plan to stay here when we return.

Fabulous Family Vacation!

This was the perfect retreat for our family vacation. The 3 main floors gave the adults and children privacy and down time if needed. This was within a couple minute walk to the beach, as well as fabulous restaurants and shopping. The owner, Judy, was wonderful to work with! Highly recommend’
