BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 4 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Beautiful & Relaxing

The views of the bay were breathtaking! The house was nice, beds were comfortable and it’s not far from restaurants and the hustle & bustle of the beach traffic. My family & I enjoyed our stay.

Mini vacation

Had a good time at the beach and staying at your property we were pretty close to everything. We were able to see dolphins off the balcony a couple of times which the kids really enjoyed.

Hideaway Bay

We loved our stay last week! The house was perfect as described and more! It was a perfect fit for our party of 10. The kids loved that they could fish, hunt for crabs, swim and jump off the end of the dock! Just had to be careful since the water is only 3 feet deep. The guys loved that there was a crab net but they had no luck at catching any blue crabs. They were too smart for them. They got their belly's full though, lol. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again. Only downfall was trying to find parking when we went to the beach.

Disappointing

The home was ok . The master bedroom and the kitchen seemed to had a spill not cleaned properly . The satellite and internet only worked”now trying to be generous “maybe 1 hour on a 4 night stay . Mostly, the upkeep of the grounds is nonexistent. Garbage and debris everywhere . Also the lot is overgrown unbelievably !

Disappointed

For the amount of money we paid to stay here I'm disappointed. The carpet on the stairs was nasty. The outside of the house had algae. The back and sides of the property was overgrown. We did see an alegator in the bay which concerned me with how overgrown the backyard was. The boat dock made for a nad view. Again, with the price we paid the property and boat dock should have been in better condition.

Disappointed

Based on the website the house looked great. Upon arriving at house the first thing you see is the property is in a mess. You can’t use any of the property other than under the house. There are broken boards with nails and screws all along the back. Trees down and debris left all around the house making the property totally unusable. The floor plan of the house was great and there was plenty of room for everyone. That is the ONLY good things I can say about that. The cable/satellite didn’t work on any of the bedroom tvs, and worked sporadically in the living room. Told maintenance man Brandon when he came out to fix the door handle that fell off in my hand while trying to shut the back door. He checked it out and said the satellite company would have to come out and fix it and he would let them know. Never saw them. All of the carpeting on the stairs and upstairs rooms was stained. There was one stair the carpeting was detached and if not careful it would slip when you stepped on it. The rug in the living room was VERY stained and dirty. Several air vents clearly had mold around them. Most of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. We just washed them before we used them. They need to hire a new cleaning service because the one they are using is sloppy and lazy. For the price we paid on rental really expected better. 10/10 Will NEVER RECOMMEND this rental company.
