Welcome to the Marina Life! We hope you enjoy the unique experience of living in the center of a marina and in the heart of the waterfront district walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops in downtown New Buffalo!

As our second family home, our condo is thoughtfully outfitted for everything you need to enjoy your stay. The 2 bed / 2 full bath - 2nd floor / penthouse condo sits on top of Pleasure Isle Marina where you'll have water views from any window. With either 2 designated parking spots or steps away from Amtrak, that's only 45 mins away from downtown Chicago, you won't need to think about transportation after you arrive as everything is in walking distance.

Our home has a full kitchen stocked with the essentials, washer & dryer, beach towels & chairs. There's 2 large balconies off either the primary bedroom or living area both with seating options. While we also have a grill - you'll have the option to enjoy some of the outdoor seating and grills on the marina.

If you do want to visit surrounding towns like Three Oaks, MI or Michigan City, IN for outlet shopping, wineries, restaurants, casinos, etc they are only 15 mins away!

We ask that guests do not smoke inside the home or first floor marina. Also, unfortunately pets & parties are also not welcome.
