THE VIEW
The condo is located on the second floor of the B building, is accessible by elevator and stairs, and faces east over Pacific street where you can enjoy the occasional view of the trains. There is no ocean view in the condo but the excellent location of the complex itself puts you just a short walk through the complex to relax on the beach.
**Please note that the Amtrak Coaster trains run all along the California coast and are a fun part of California coastal living. They pass by but are no longer allowed to use their horns along this stretch of track. There is a noise machine provided in the condo for guests that are extra sensitive.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a small table with seating for 4 as well as 2 spots at the bar for quick bites or younger guests.
LIVING AREAS
B210 is furnished to comfortably house 4 with a large sofa-sleeper, and two additional chairs. Snuggle up with a good book or watch a movie or show on the large 60-inch flat-screen Smart TV which you can use to log in to Netflix, Hulu, etc to stay up on your favorite shows. High-speed internet and cable with 250+ channels are also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a walk-in shower with a rain shower head and a handheld shower wand.
SLEEPING
B210 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a 32 “ flat-screen Smart TV with cable. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a full-sized sofa sleeper. There is also a full-size air mattress if additional sleeping configurations are needed.

-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.
-Hi-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge.
-B210 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to helo create cooling cross breezes.
LOCAL AREA / COMPLEX AMENITIES
North Coast Village is filled with lush tropical gardens, featuring beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub. The complex also features a second smaller heated pool and hot tub in the "A" building across the street, providing more options for relaxation and fun. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.
