Pawleys Island ist die Nationen älteste Seebad und ist einer der South Carolina am besten gehüteten Geheimnisse. Die Gegend ist typisch südliche von der Spanischen Moos zu den Minzen-Cocktail. Nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt, unsere Wohnung ist in den Baumwipfeln in Pawleys Plantation gelegen - ein Golf-und Ferienanlage mit unermesslichen Charme. Diese Wohnung ist perfekt für ein oder zwei Paare oder eine kleine Familie geeignet.

Dies ist eine zweite (obere) Etage Wohnung in einem Low Country-Stil mit Blick auf den fourplex 11. Grün auf einem Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Es hat gewölbte Decken, ist von Bäumen beschattet, und ist mit hochwertigen, bequemen Möbeln und Dekor gefüllt.

Der Swimming-Pool, für die Bewohner und ihre Gäste, befindet sich nur über die Straße und geöffnet von Mai bis September entfernt.

Erst vor kurzem renoviert, hat die Pantry-Küche Granit und ist voll mit allem, was jemand ausgestattet, die liebt zu kochen.

Der Essbereich verfügt über einen 48 "runden Tisch mit 4 Stühlen (mehr Stühle in der Wohnung für den Einsatz am Tisch).

Die angenehm luftigen Wohnbereich ist hell und sonnig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet für Ihren Genuss. Der Fernseher ist ein 32 "Flachbildschirm -es ist auch ein DVD-Player.

Am Ende des Wohnzimmers sind Glas-Schiebetüren, die auf einer Veranda Wochenende Zimmer mit einem kleinen Tisch und Stühlen und zwei bequeme Stühle zum Lesen oder beobachten die Golfer vergehen eingerichtet öffnen. Dieser Raum ist durch installierte Vinylschieberegler für den ganzjährigen Einsatz geschützt.

Es gibt 2 Bäder - eines für jedes Schlafzimmer.

Das Schlafzimmer ist ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen King-Size-Bett mit einer guten Leselampen auf jeder Seite des Bettes.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Bad befindet sich auf der Vorderseite des Gebäudes. Es ist getrennt von dem anderen Schlafzimmer, das gute Privatsphäre bietet. Es gibt 2 Doppelbetten.

Deckenventilatoren sind in allen Wohnräumen des Geräts.

Pawleys Plantation Golfplatz und Pub sind Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung.

Stylish and Comfortable

My wife and I have stayed in vacation rentals in many places for many years; and of all of our stays this will be remembered as one of our most favorite. The seating is very comfortable; the colors soft and soothing. Chairs are even provided in the bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked. The setting is quiet with many opportunities for walking. The internet is good. Pawleys Plantation is one of our favorite destinations and we look forward to staying in Tom and Peggy"s condo again in the future.Harold and Raija

Pawley Condo

It was a great vacation staying at Pawleys Plantation. The weather was nice. Condo had everything including special items re pantry items spices, foil paper, pans and pots. The condo may need a few replacements (wear) re the fridge door stays slightly open at times, some vents are showing signs of rust. The WiFi - TV was down 3-4 times during our 20 days there. It was noticed that repair crew is laying new fibre-cable into the area - so that might have been the reason for the outage (one evening no cable-internet for hours till 8:30pm at nite). Had to reset (turn off-on) few times. Loved the chairs out front spent many hours in sun reading-relaxing. Enjoyed dog friendly condo our fur baby enjoyed the walks and porch area.. Played the course Pawley Plantation it is in great shape. Enjoyed our stay great location for activities nearby - beach is short drive and spent few afternoons on long walks..

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo unit! It was very neat, clean and beautifully furnished. We loved Pawley's Plantation and its proximity to everything we wanted (or could want) to do! Inquiries to the host were answered in a very timely manner, and access to the condo was very easy. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Wonderful stay in Pawleys Island

This condo is well equipped and has comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the screened porch for morning coffee and relaxing in the evenings. The master bed was very comfortable and provided great sleep. We loved the neighborhood, it was a great for walking. The Ryans are very friendly and communication was excellent. We would love to stay here again.

Great vacation near the beach

The owners were great with communication, and everything about the property was amazing! We made good use of the pool across the parking lot. The only downside was the drive to the beach with very limited parking. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Great vacation

Beautiful condo, loved the porch, great restaurants, pet friendly- our kitten loved the porch. Owners were very gracious and avoid needed. Would definitely recommend but would love to keep it for ourselves. LOL!

Convenient condo near Pawleys Island

Lovely condo in beautiful golf course setting with amenities as advertised. Convenient location to Litchfield (Brookgreen gardens and Huntington Beach State Park), Pawleys Island Beach, and historic Georgetown. Late April was a great time to visit this area.

Clean, Comfortable Condo

Pawley's Summer Vacation 2023

The condo was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. All the amenities were wonderful. We made good use of the pool and the pass to the Huntington Beach State Park (which was a real plus). The owner was very communicative with us answering all of our questions. I would rate this vacation a 5-star and highly recommend the condo!

1 week is too Short

The condo was very clean and decorated tastefully. It was in a quiet area and was prime location for oversized pool, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The owners were available if needed and provided great info if you are unfamiliar with Pawleys Island. It was a plus that our dog was able to be on vacation with us.

Quiet Neighborhood

Very nice condo in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Pool close by for hot summer days. Owners allowed my dog which made vacation that much more special. The condo is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. You have close access to three beaches. You do have to drive to the beach and parking is not easy to find. Overall, wonderful place to stay.

The Condo was everything it said it was and more. The place was like visiting family. Very well furnished and the kitchen stocked with all types of items for any type of need or temperature range. Beds are very comfortable. The pool was nice and just adjacent to the unit. The resident neighbors were very friendly and introduced themselves. The screen back porch was very versatile on either hot or rainy days to be able to be outside, but out of elements. Beaches nearby, very handy. The Hosts were very communicative and accommodating.

We have stayed in other Pawley plantation condos a total of 7 or 8 times, and the features of this unit was by far the most accommodating and well maintained. The owner also had all of the local attractions, restaurants and condo functions assembled in a convenient notebook.

After a long career with Xerox, Tom retired and we now 'are free to move about the country'. We love to travel, spend time with the grandchildren, and of course enjoy Pawleys Island.

Finding Pawleys Plantation and Pawleys Island was a stroke of luck. While visiting friends, we stopped in the sales office, took a look at the condos and signed on the dotted line. We haven't looked back. This area is one of South Carolina's best kept secrets.
