Stunning sea views, luxury 2 bedroom with AC & pool
This spacious 2 bedroom is located in a new exclusive block in one of Cape Town's premium suburbs - Bantry Bay - known for its ideal climate – long wind-free, sunny days ending in dramatic sunsets over the ocean. Whale watch from a location high enough to allow for great sea views & low enough to hear the ocean. Fantastic vistas from the ocean to Lion's head.
There is a swimming pool & BBQ area. Easy walking distance to Sea point promenade, supermarkets, restaurants & Clifton beaches.
The apartment is very spacious at 120m2 and is on the 6th floor of the building ensuring it has premium ocean views.
The living area is open plan and stretches towards the balcony and the panoramic views of Lion's Head and the ocean beyond. The balcony has a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The BBQ mentioned in the amenities is the communal one at the pool area and not on the balcony.
The lounge is equipped with a large flat screen TV (for Netlflix) and is luxuriously furnished. The dining area is located conveniently next to the kitchen and and seats 6 people easily. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances (built in refrigerator, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and washing machine). The entire living area has excellent sea views.
The living area has air conditioning, underfloor hearing and the sun blinds are automated. The door to the balcony opens completely and folds away flat against the wall, merging the living space with the outdoors.
The balcony has very comfortable outdoor dining for 4 people. Have drinks & dinner outside watching the spectacular sunset.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms which both have ensuite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size extra length bed and the bathroom has a double vanity area and separate bath and shower. The curtains do a good job of darkening the room.
The second bedroom has twin extra length beds and the ensuite bathroom has a shower.
Both bedrooms have built in cupboards and the sun blinds are automated. The main bedroom has air conditioning.
The apartment block has a 24 hour concierge and the apartment has 2 secure parking bays allocated to it with direct access to the elevator. There is also unlimited ADSL wifi available. There is also a safe.
The apartment block also has a swimming pool and BBQ area with wooden loungers available at the poolside.
Load Shedding / electricity: We have a few Smart LED bulbs around the apartment, so you will not be left in darkness if the power goes. We also have an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) on the internet router so you will also be able to use internet during the downtime.
