The reflective pools on the property have lovely fountains which have multi-colored lighting at night. The Home Owners' Association provides full time night security guards. It is a very quiet, peaceful and safe location.
This condo is in building two on the second floor of a four story building. The resort has ten four story buildings equipped with new elevators.

This is a one bedroom, two bathroom condo. The two bathrooms have black granite counter tops, vessel sinks, a walk in shower in the master bath and a glass shower in the guest bath. There is porcelain flooring throughout the entire condo.
The unit has a split air conditioning system (installed in May 2020) which keeps the unit cool.

It is necessary for you to register at the Registration Office upon your arrival at Kamaole Sands Resort. The admin. fee of $40.00 that you pay when booking through VRBO pays for the parking (which is very close to your building), free internet service, security guards, newspaper as well as a lending library. The owner covers your registration fee which is $35.00. So when you check in there are no extra charges.
