Great Location in Cocoa Beach

Loved this little rancher in Cocoa Beach. Perfect for a family or friends. Recently remodeled and close to dining and the beach. Easy access and good communication from the owner. They had some delicious chips and salsa waiting for us which was a nice touch. The furniture while well designed wasn't quite as comfortable as we had hoped. The bathrooms are on the small side but newer and the water pressure in the master shower could use a boost. The original terrazzo floors looked amazing and we loved having the chipping and putting green in the backyard. Plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture with a firepit and outside gas grill (but we didn't use either). A two very short two block walk to the beach. Would surely stay here again.

Great place for families! The beach is within easy walking distance from the house and the property itself offers plenty of entertainment. The house is very well equipped, from kitchen appliances to beach chairs!

We loved the listing and were even more delighted that the property met and exceeded expectations. The decor is inviting and creates a special vacation atmosphere. The beds are comfortable! We took advantage of the plentiful beach equipment. Communication with owners was timely and thorough.

My family of 5 fell in love with this place and Cocoa Beach. The house was perfect and the extras provided were much appreciated. The beach was quiet- which was perfect for relaxing. It was EVERYTHING and more !

The stay was amazing! The house was beautiful, clean and had so many extra things that made our stay smooth. To towels, bug spray, sunblock, games, ext. the kitchen was very well stocked even had sandwich bags, aluminum foil, scissors, anything you would need. My family loved the house. We had me and husband, 2 17 year olds a 7 & 14 year old, there was plenty of room and we never felt crammed. The backyard was amazing & she had everything you would need for a beach day. 10/10 I recommend this beautiful home !

Amazing property in perfect location for beach getaway!

This was by far the most clean vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. All of the rooms and amenities were as pictured, the owner was flexible to accommodate us with a special request in our itinerary, and the home was equipped with lots of unexpected conveniences. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the selection of beach equipment far exceeded what we anticipated as well. The game room was a highlight during a rainy day, and we loved the 2 minute walk to beach access. Couldn’t recommend this propert enoigh!

Beautiful stay

We enjoyed our stay in July - the home was perfect for my wife and I and my daughter, her husband and their 3 children. Owners were super nice and professional -quickly getting back to us with any questions we asked. The home was exactly as advertised- very nice with everything we needed to make it a wonderful stay.

Awesome Beach Retreat!

Look no further, the owners have thought of everything. Beautiful and thoughtful touches throughout the house, inside and out. The location is great, short walk to the beach. The shed in the backyard has everything you need including beach cart, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys. The putting green in the backyard is great too with glow balls, making it fun at night. Great arcade inside the house and a great space for spending time with family. The location is close to activities. Short drive to The Kennedy Space Center and the Brevard Zoo. We also enjoyed the Cocoa Beach Country Club for golf. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We also enjoyed putt putt, go carts and an escape room. Our family had a blast and our host was responsive and helpful.

Theme park oasis

Beautiful property, loaded with fun things to do with a lot of extras. The weather was nice but it really doesn't matter with all there is to do inside and out. Jen, our host, you couldn't ask for a better host, fast to respond and went out of her way to make sure this was an excellent vacation for the family.

Cozy home steps away from Cocoa Beach

perfect getaway

We arrived to find the house was just as pictured. So cute! Plenty of space to spread out or gather together to play games. The putting green was super fun outside. The walk to the beach took all of three minutes. Plus there were really great restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely go back!

the house and the backyard were great

The house was beautiful, tastefully decorated and immaculate and equipped with everything. We had a little trouble with the keypad but Jen answered my call immediately and helped us. Hosts even left us a delicious homemade salsa along with a couple of other warm welcoming touches. The backyard was a blast- putting green and beanbag toss game and outdoor seating. The shed had all kinds of beach equipment and bikes and I enjoyed a long bike ride. We walked a block to to the beach. Very comfortable, clean, relaxing and fun- would surely rent again.

Great house, very clean and comfortable. Good communication and we even had chips and salsa waiting for us. Nice area and a few minutes walk to the beach. The outdoor shed was full of useful items and the game room was nice. I wish we could have stayed longer and used more of the available amenities. The outdoor spaces and landscaping are very nice, I loved all of the palm trees! Thanks Jen!

Nice, clean house very close to the beach. Has all the equipment you need for the beach--cart, boards, sand toys, etc. Nice backyard and fun game room. We stayed with five kids and we all had a great time.

Hi! We're a Florida-based family who absolutely loves hosting guests in beautiful Cocoa Beach. What started as one special home — Sunny Lane Beach House — quickly grew into a true passion for helping families and friends make lasting memories by the sea. We recently added our second property, Coral Palm Beach House, and we hope you love it just as much as we do!

We’re a family of five: one of our kids is a Marine Corps officer and pilot-in-training, another is a Gator at the University of Florida, and our youngest is in middle school. I’m a Florida native who’s called Orlando home since the '80s. While we love to travel and explore this incredible country, Florida — and Cocoa Beach in particular — will always have our hearts.
