1 bedroom cottage 3 houses from the beach. Located at the rear of our main house. Can accommodate 4 (best for 2 adults and 1-2 young children). Yard with private grill, seating area and private outdoor shower. Walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, liquor store, coffee and bagels. Two TVs with Roku, under counter beverage refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, dishwasher, no freezer, small all-in-one washer/dryer. AC. 2 Beach Badges. 280 sq ft.

Beautiful cottage

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage is beautifully renovated and the perfect size for a couple of small family. Very close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We would absolutely stay again.

Really nice property steps from the beach, and within walking distance of many great places to eat. Would definitely stay here again. Property owner is quick to repsond to all questions too!

Great weekend trip!

Can't say enough lovely things about our weekend at LBI! This cottage was perfect and our host, Richard couldn't have been more accommodating and communicative! Only a few steps away from the beach! We also loved the patio area to sit at and have our coffee in the morning!

We had the best weekend at the cottage! Great location, walked over to Joe Pops for a couple drinks, caught the shuttle over the Bay Village, and relaxed!

Perfect location

Cottage was conveniently located close to beach & shops & restaurants. Only hiccup for us was that we were traveling from Florida & had to go buy sheets & towels & blanket for our stay. Difficult to pack those items when flying.

Quick Beach Trip

We had a couple of days to spend at the shore. The cottage had everything we needed for a short visit for 2 adults. Quiet street, great location steps from the beach, walkable to many restaurants. Parking may be more difficult in the season but we had no issues with street parking. Host easy to communicate with, quick responses.

Comfortable chill stay

The house was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay. Was able to come and go from the beach since it was so close. The space was clean and very comfortable. Richard was very great with responding as well. Would for sure recommend to anyone.

Girls beach getaway!

Such a great cottage right ON THE BEACH! Love LBI and have been going to the island for years since I was a kid. My girlfriend and I decided to take a quick 3 day trip to the shore for some sunshine and relaxation and we weren’t disappointed! Communication with the host was so accessible and fast and the cottage was just right for what we needed! Would totally recommend! Thank you !!

Richard and his family were very kind. The back cottage was extremely private and even had a lovely front yard area. Location is very central. The listing and instructions are all extremely accurate and helpful! Richard was very helpful with reminders about small things such as leaving beach badges. Would stay again!

Steps from the beach, perfect fit

The newly renovated cottage appeared ready for Home Renovation Magazine photo shoot. The cottage is surprisingly private considering the location. We were fortunate to find curbside parking at the street address on arrival. Owner was available and quick to respond to any questions.

Beach House

As noted in many reviews, the location of this property is excellent. It is a few houses from the beach, so you can easily walk back and forth from the beach to the house. It is also close walking distance to a number of good restaurants. The beach is well maintained and is extremely clean. Although the house is small, the location and upkeep/maintenance provides a terrific experience for beach lovers. The owners were extremely responsive to all questions we had. They also provided recommendations for things to do in the event of rain. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

Cottage

We highly recommend this property. We fit two adults and two teens without any trouble. The location doesn't get better. Very close to restaurants, shops and mini-golf. We never needed to drive our car. Super short walk to the beautiful beach. Richard and Chantal were excellent hosts. Cottage was quiet, clean, with comfortable beds (we did fit one twin air mattress,) perfect A/C and lovely outdoor space. Highly recommend.

What a find

So glad we found this cottage for our relatively last minute decision to hit the shore. It's all about location. Can't beat it, closer to the beach than most LBI rentals. Modern and renovated, really nice. 2 adults and 2 kids made the cozy space work. We enjoyed all our meals on the patio.
