My husband and I spent 3 nights here on our trip down the Pacific Northwest coast. The property is immaculate and there were many extras provided to make our stay comfortable. Wonderful view of the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Perfect location in Seaside.

Perfect Seaside Retreat: Exceeded All Expectations!

Our recent stay at this VRBO in Seaside was nothing short of extraordinary. The host was exceptional, ensuring every detail was perfect from start to finish. The home itself ranks among the best I’ve ever experienced—immaculately clean, outfitted with every amenity you could need, and featuring a bed so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The location is unbeatable, situated right on the promenade and just two blocks from the iconic turnaround. But the real showstopper was the breathtaking view, making every moment at this condo a joy. I can’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone seeking a top-notch stay in Seaside.

Springtime by the sea

The location and amenities of this property were great! Good communication with the host prior to arriving. The host offered us early checkin and we arrived 1 hour prior to normal checkin time, but the cleaner was still in the process of cleaning so we waiting just outside the room for 15 mins. The property was very clean, comfortable and had everything you might need. The only negative thing about this property was a couple of very strong chemical smells. One could have been from the cleaning supplies. The other appeared to be in the bedroom and may have been from a newly purchased mattress. It was very strong, giving me a slight headache. Airing out the property after cleaning, just before renters arrive would be good. Overall a pleasant stay in seaside.

What a G•E•M !!! Cleanliness was superb ! Whole condo felt modern, including kitchen which had great quality items, not just leftovers from someone’s house as most rentals. Host was very nice and sooo easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was a breeze. Place is in the best location … we will be coming back !

Relaxing stay in a wonderful place

I was surprised of how clean and new everything was. Some towels still had tags on. Cleanliness is my number 1 criteria for selecting lodging, and this one exceeded expectations. I also appreciated the host's attentive gesture for my wedding anniversary. Our 3 year old enjoyed the puzzles and kite available in the unit. I would highly recommend!!!

May be the best yet!

I've stayed at many condos along the boardwalk and this may be my favorite thus far! The views are gorgeous of course. The place was beautifully done. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The hosts were great with communication and very friendly! I did overlook the fact that there was no laundry in the unit but it wasn't a problem. I would definitely stay here again!

Family Getaway

We weathered a storm while staying at this beautiful property. Despite power outages - the hosts were able to work with us to get into the condo with an early checkin, allowing us to get out of the storm. Whew! Power was quickly restored and we enjoyed being cozy inside watching the storm from our beautiful view! Would definitely recommend this property- it was perfect for the four of us.

A fantastic week at an awesome property!

I had a wonderful week at this property! It’s modern, beautifully decorated, has a great location, and is ultra-clean – exactly as advertised. It’s outfitted with literally all you’d need or want for a home away from home stay. The internet access speed was terrific, and the home office had everything I needed to work remotely with no issues. Entertainment for the whole family is no problem here. There’s fast internet for streaming, cable TV in both the living room and bedroom, and board games for those evenings when it’s time to unplug from the tech. I don’t have kids to entertain but if I did, they would have been fully accommodated with games, body boards, kites, and more with plenty of space to play. It’s evident that the hosts truly did work hard to think of everything. Each time I found myself thinking that it would be nice to have… [fill in the blank], I’d find whatever that was shortly after. This was my first Vrbo experience so I didn’t know exactly what to expect but wow, all Vrbo’s that may follow will certainly have a LOT to live up to! Luckily, the Oregon Coast is one of my favorite destinations and I’m glad that for future stays, I’ll need to look no further for anything better! Thank you Spring and Mark for a perfect week and I look forward to the next visit!

The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped. We have 2 complaints. They were working on the roof, which was pretty noisy both Saturday and Monday am. Not anything the owners can do about that. The mattress needs to be replaced. It was really bumpy and uncomfortable.

Just the perfect place!

We’ve stayed in many VRBO homes over the past several years, and we have been satisfied with all of them, but this was truly our best experience. The location is wonderful. The view is amazing, and the condo is as nice as the pictures. Nothing is exaggerated. They have provided every comfort, from bedding to lighting. The balcony furniture is so nice. We were there for our 47th wedding anniversary, and we’re welcomed with chilled white wine. Communication was great. I will say, we were spoiled with crazy nice October weather.
