The luxurious wooden interior spreads over three spacious floors, which can easily accommodate up to 15 guests who will be left with a unique experience that will stay with them long after they return home.

♛ INDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL ♛

Enjoy the swimming pool area right next to the lower-level game and theater rooms. Hop in the pool to relax before the movie marathon and unwind in complete privacy. The pool is a SPACIOUS 10'x13' and can be HEATED to 84 degrees.

♛ OUTDOOR AREAS ♛

Choose from two expansive decks featuring a GAS GRILL, ROCKING & ADIRONDACK CHAIRS and an OUTSIDE DINING TABLE that seats 8-10. On the lower deck, you can also enjoy the luxurious 4-person HOT TUB amidst the glorious forest surroundings. If that's not entertaining enough, take a stroll down the lined path to the OUTDOOR FIREPIT and enjoy the warmth under the stars.

THE RED TAPE:

** The 5th bedroom is an open air loft (no door) with a King bed, 2 side tables w/ lamps and a luggage rack.

** This home has wooded views, not mountain views in summer. In the winter, we do have mountain views.

** Please bring your own firewood for the outside fire pit.

** Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 10am. On days where there are back-to-back bookings, we're unable to offer early check-in/out as our cleaners need the time to clean such a large cabin. If there are not, we will notify you that you may check in early. Thank you for understanding!

** The cabin is on a mountain, with some of the road having more narrow turns and some steeper areas. These are mild for the area and any car can make it, but we do recommend 4-wheel drive or snow chains if snow or ice are present.

** The cabin is mostly secluded. There are a few homes in the area, but the cabin sits on its own 2 acre lot.

** The property has exterior cameras in use for your safety

** The roads to the cabin are well maintained and easy to navigate. They do get slightly steeper and narrower the last quarter mile, but any car can make them. We do recommend 4WD in winter when there is snow or ice present.

**There are bugs in the mountains and you might encounter some unwelcome guests. To help avoid this, please keep all doors closed as much as possible. We have regular pest control so you might encounter some critters that didn't make it. Rest assured, we will have someone out right away if there are any issues.

★ BOOKING DETAILS ★

We do require our guests to be 25 or older to rent. ID verification is required and guests are required to sign a rental agreement directly with us. An authorization form for a refundable security deposit of $1000 must be completed at time of booking. A hold will be applied on credit card 3 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.We highly recommend travel insurance to help in case you need to cancel outside of our policy window!

Refunds, where applicable, are less a 3% credit card processing fee.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★

We allow up to 2 animals per stay with a $75 per night, per pet fee (40lb max). We kindly ask that animals not be left alone in the home unless crated, kept off the furniture and cleaned up after. Bringing in animals without notifying us will result in pet fees and additional cleaning being taken from security deposit.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. To be respectful of our residential neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
