My home is right in the heart of Central Denver a few blocks away from Wash Park, in close, convenient proximity to all areas of interest! Just enough fun Smart Tech to be easy to operate and not too overwhelming while remaining cozy & comfortable.

The Space:

With 2 free parking spaces in the alley, you'll have extra space for friends and family to come visit. Guests enter through the back privacy gate to access the electronic code lock.

You can drop your bags in the foyer as you take in the renovated dark wood kitchen.

My home is packed with top-notch amenities, amazing lighting and has ample space for up to 4 guests and plenty of room to entertain and host gatherings, making it the perfect retreat for couples, solo travelers or small groups. Whether you want to cook a large family meal, invite some friends over for a BBQ and to watch the game, or settle in for a quiet evening by the fire, this little bungalow has you covered!

☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆

The comfortable living area features vaulted ceilings, deep seated couches, and intricate lighting options. The extra large suede sleeper sofa has a pullout bed that sleeps two, right in front of the gas fireplace.

The living area was developed for movie, TV, and music entertainment. Enjoy the incredible 6.2 surround sound system which includes two sub-woofers. Stream music via Bluetooth to the brand new Denon receiver which is custom tuned to the space, or plug your phone directly into it, for an even higher quality sound experience.

Download any apps you like onto the AppleTV, and sign in to your favorite streaming service. Power on the second subwoofer for an even more immersive sound experience. The home is sound-proofed so you can enjoy movie and music at quality levels without disturbing any of the neighbors.

Customizable dimmable lighting throughout the house, including four colored smart pendant lights to set the ambiance to your preference. Smart thermostat for cold winters & solar attic fan + swamp cooler helps keep the home cool during the summer. Games, books, yoga mats, exercise equipment and massage tools are available for guests.

You'll also find several musical instruments around the house for you creative types. :)

The coffee table is on wheels so you can easily slide it aside and start your morning off with some Yoga. Tap the singing bowls and and get your stretch on, right in front of the fireplace.

The open floor plan includes 2 barstools at the breakfast nook. The dining room table seats 4 and can extend to seat 6.

My home has lightning fast WiFi (400Mbps+) and a large, electronic adjustable height desk for remote workers and digital nomads, with anti-fatigue standing mat, 27-inch monitor and wireless keyboard and mouse to connect to your devices. Plenty of charging stations throughout the house.

Walter, the Smart Robot Vacuum Cleaner (my butler), will clean the home every other day and multiple air purifiers will keep the air fresh throughout your stay.

Take complete control of all the home's smart devices with the iPad or Siri voice commands.

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆

My home boasts a stunning kitchen, fully equipped with every modern convenience the culinary artist would need. From rice steamers, to egg strainers for that perfect Benedict, and Insta/Crock-Pots too! There are multiple options for making coffee and the kitchen includes spices, oils, coffee, and tea.

Enjoy an extra large, Jenn-Air refrigerator for your groceries, with 2 filtered water options provided and plenty of room in the pantry to store your food. The stovetop has changeable panels - guests can switch out a glass stovetop for a griddle or indoor grill, it's a pancake and bacon making machine! 7-11 is only 3 blocks away, so you can grab some creamer for your coffee or a few snacks as soon as you arrive. Safeway and Natural Grocers are also only 10 blocks away.

Make yourself a delicious breakfast smoothie with the blender or juicer, and browse my cookbook collection for dinner ideas. Prep your meals with the new PrepDeck, which makes cleanup quick and easy! Extra specialty dishes for outdoor dining, kids, sushi and more can be found in the buffet. Baking tools are available for making tasty desserts in the oven!

Decantur, shot glasses, additional barware and tonic water await you in the bar if you'd like to pour yourself an adult beverage.

☆☆ BEDROOM ☆☆

The bedroom features a comfortable Queen-sized Sleep number bed and essential amenities including thick dark wood-slatted shades (as does the entire home), to keep the light out when you want to sleep in. Soft, white sheets cover the Queen-size Sleep Number bed with remote, to perfect your comfort. Extra linens, pillows, blankets, (including electric ones) and laptop stands are available in the closet.

Dimmable, canned ceiling lights and bedside lamps give you multiple options to dial in the bedroom lighting. An oversized ceiling fan keeps you cool at night in the summer and extra space heater is available if you need it for those extra frigid winter mornings. Deep drawers and hanging closets give you plenty of room for all your clothes and accessories.

Smart bedroom air-washer will keep the air fresh and add moisture, for a great night's sleep. Wired and wireless charging stations are available on the nightstands, for your devices. An iron, steamer and hair dryer are all available for you to dapper or doll up for a night out in the city.

☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆

The bathroom has an extra deep bathtub for a luxurious soak and an extra-wide shower head for fresh mornings. Guests can enjoy natural shower products including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Extra fluffy towels, hand towels and washcloths are always waiting in the closet and extra toiletries in the drawer if you forgot to pack your toothpaste or hairpins. Pamper yourself with a classic luxury waffle & plush velour spa robe after a hot shower or long bath.

The deck is encased in a tall privacy fence offering a sense of seclusion in the big city. Romantic lights flicker on in the evenings and guests can curl up on the couch or flip burgers on the Genesis grill while the stone fireplace sparks softly in the background. The outdoor dining area offers room for up to eight and an extra large umbrella to keep guests cool in the sunny Mile-High summers. This is the perfect space for an outdoor gathering. My neighbors are friendly and helpful if any unexpected issues arise.

My home has central heating on a Nest thermostat and a central evaporative cooling system. The home is well insulated and additional fans are available if you need them.

Downstairs in the basement you'll find the Samsung washer and dryer with non-toxic detergent, extra dining chairs, an extra adjustable standing desk with chair, and Bowflex exercise machine with free weights for weight training.

Park package is available for guests, which includes park chairs, cooler, water jug, outdoor blanket, tent, camping lights, bluetooth speaker and picnic blanket.

Parking: Two off-street (alley) spaces are available for guests. Fast, 50amp EV charger is also available (you must provide charging cable and any necessary adapter).

Wash Park is centrally located and has a Rockwellian feel, with its lush landscaping, awning-covered storefronts and beautiful park. At Wash Park, you can enjoy time by the lake, boathouse and picnic pavilion. The rec center also offers yoga classes and other activities.
