With over 1500 square feet of living space, you will have room to relax with your group. Located in Kaanapali, between Lahaina and Kapalua, this is the perfect location for exploring the West side of Maui. Less than 1/2 mile walk or drive will get you to Kahekili Beach Park also known as Airport Beach. This is a part of Kaanapali Beach, the top-rated beach of the entire Hawaiian Island paradise. 1.4 miles will put you at Whaler’s Village—Maui’s most scenic shopping destination.

Located in West Maui, the leafy 10-acre Kaanapali Plantation condo resort nestles against the hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with the white sand and clear waters of Black Rock Beach, a former retreat for Hawaiian royalty, just a few miles down the road.

Venture outside the resort grounds and sink a putt at the premiere North Kaanapali Golf Course, or witness the daily spectacle off Black Rock when a cliff diver reenacts a feat by Maui's revered royalty. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 7 night stay was great. The Condos location was perfect for us. We don't like staying in the resorts because we fill trapped inside by the long hallways and elevators to get outside. We only had to walk out the front door to access the beautiful grounds of Kaanapali Plantation condos. The view out our windows and relaxing on either balcony were so peaceful and serene. We walked down to the boardwalk daily, the walk back up the hill was a bit of a workout but not to much for someone in decent condition. The interior of the condo was beautifully updated and had everything we needed. I love to be greeted by enough coffee for the first morning in case of late arrival. The kitchen was well stocked. I also love when I have access to minimal cleaning supplies, broom, trash bags, even without kids I'm bound to need to sweep something up. We will stay here on our next visit for sure

Great space the whole family
Stayed for a week in Sept '24. Condo was clean and spacious, we were able to have 6 stay comfortably with one of the kids sleeping on the couch. The kitchen and appliances were great and made breakfasts/ lunches easy. The location is quiet in the evenings, but also just a 10 min walk from the condo to Kaanapalli beach. Great place to stay!

Wonderful Family Stay
Our Maui stay was so great at the property. The kids loved the beach toys and items that made hanging out at the beach a blast. The house had all the amenities needed to make our vacation amazing. The host was very responsive to our needs and made everything enjoyable. We would recommend this beautiful place to stay 10 out of 10 times.

The first floor is well decorated, large kitch with new appliances, nice large dining room table and comfy couch. The first floor half bathroom & laundry came in very handy. The master bedroom & attached bathroom were both very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Our friends said the same about their rooms. Bree and her staff from Maui Lodging were super helpful and so was her recommendation of having Matteo from World Class Concierge help with all our excursion needs. I couldn't recommend this condo enough. Just know that it isn't DIRECTLY on the beach, but driving to one takes 2 minutes and it's more fun to explore many different beaches anyway.

The location and space of the house were perfectly ideal for our stay. A few, very fixable, issues that would have made our stay a bit better. The washing machine broke on the first day of our week long stay- an attendant came to look at it but was unable to fix without ordering parts. We managed to get by with doing only small loads, but a bit inconvenient. The hot water in the master shower went from burning hot to freezing cold, not much in between. The pillow cases and sheets were a bit worn, to the degree that we preferred to purchase new pillow cases and left them for the house. Thank you for an overall good first experience in Maui.

Good location and good ocean views
The propery was updated nicely and had every thing we needed. It was clean and comforable. The weather wasn't good half of the time we were there, so it was nice to beable to play games at the table and look the windows to the ocean.

Amazing Place!
Thank you very much for the amazing stay. Everything was easy, from checkin, to check out, parking etc. Everything we needed was right in the unit. A/C was on before our arrival which was great as we did not arrive until 11:00PM. Kitchen has everything you need, view is spectacular, beds are comfortable, lots of space. Very unfortunate events that have occured there the last few days but I hope you have made it through.

Beautiful view and location
This condo was perfect. It had everything you needed. The view was to die for! What a wonderful way to wake up with your coffee. Location was close to Lahaina, but not too close, so you had a nice relaxed quit vibe every day. Great resorts across the road for breakfast and dinner.

The condo itself was clean and beautiful. Nice kitchen and lovely views. Easy location to drive to and central to some great areas. The dryer that was in the condo did not work well and you could tell had lots of sand from previous users. We never bothered with the associations pool or amenities. The other condo owners did not appreciate having guests around or making any sort of noise. Would not recommend for a young family or any bigger loud groups.

Beautiful Maui
This property had a well equipped kitchen. That was great because we did a lot of cooking. The beach was only a half mile away and a few minutes drive to other beaches, shopping and restaurants. It was also nice for them to provide a lot of snorkeling gear and cooler which we used. We only had one recommendation for the caretaker to mention to the owner. That was to add more shelving or dressers in the 2 smaller bedrooms so suitcases can be un packed. Thank you!!
