Waterfront one level, 3 bed, 2 bath in Blue Creek area of Lake Martin. Located approximately 5 minutes by land to StillWaters Golf Course, Niffers, Oskars, Lake Martin Creamery and by boat to Harbor Point Marina, Bluffs Daiquiri Bar and more. Approximately 30 minutes from Auburn. Besides location, this home features a primary bedroom with king bed and full bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. There is also a twin rollaway. The open concept kitchen, dining and den overlook the water with full windows across the back of the home. The covered porch has a dining set and swing, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, and the uncovered portion has a charcoal grill. Internet is provided and is great! Den, primary and second bedroom all have Smart Roku TVs (just bring your login!). Private pier has cleats to tie up your boat or sea doo. (Rentals are available at Harbor Pointe Marina.) Plenty of room to park your boat trailer! Also provided: lilly pad, adult fishing kayak, youth kayak, youth paddle board, cornhole, hammock and fire pit. Come see what Lake Martin is all about!

Great value for the $$

This is not the Ritz Carlton but for the $ the value was exceptional. Great location. Stores nearby. Great dock. Brought our boat and had a blast. Pet Friendly and the neighbors are pretty good too. Well appointed and just right for the lake.

Communication with the property owner was quick and easy! Great location on the water. Giving 3 stars because there was hair in the shower and on the couch when we arrived. Everything else seemed clean though and we did enjoy our stay!

Served is purpose

The accommodations were smaller than expected but we made it work. The house is in serious need of maintenance - both functioning as well as cosmetic. The plumbing in one of the bathrooms broke, the maintenance company was quick to come out and repair it. The air conditioner quit working for a day, we turned it off and turned it back on and it started working again. The dishwasher is on its last leg, it does not clean at all. The kitchen sink drains very slow. The oven is filthy and the door pops open.The house is very unlevel so the doors stick and are hard to close or open. The house was not clean, cobwebs on light fixtures, dirty floor, baseboards caked with dust, AC return air caked with dust, carpets stained, big stains on couch. I could go on but I think I've made my point. The place served it's purpose, we weren't there much but I wouldn't start there again.

Great Stay at the Holiday House

Overall we had a great stay at the Holiday House. It was a perfect size for my kids and in-laws. The location was central to boat ramps, marinas, pizza and ice cream, and hiking trails. The check in and check out processes were very easy. Ample parking for boat trailer and cars. I would recommend this house anyone looking for a family Lake vacation.

Nice home with everything you need for a lake weekend

My family of 6 took a quick trip to Lake Martin for the first time. This home was perfect for our first trip. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. We enjoyed fishing off the pier and having a fire in the fire pit each night. Easy access to our boat rental - which we were able to drive right up to our dock for a quick lunch. Also easy to get to several dinner options.

Home was clean, beds comfortable, great open den area..only complaint is TV in den did not work and lights were not working in master bedroom..but overall would recommend and will probably stay here again..

We had a few issues in the beginning but all in all we had a good time. The water level was really low so we couldnt make use of the pier but we made the best of it. Would rent again!

Holiday House presents well but,,,

Only 1 fire/carbon dioxide alarm for entire house and placement was so high we could not reset after power outages. Master BR had electrical issue when lights suddenly came on. Intermentent power outages on Dec 23 caused us to leave early and could not run dishwasher. Minor issues with remotes having dead batteries, trash was in house upon arrival but outside decks/ swing were very nice. Family did suffer from allergies due to cat hair on sofa and bedrooms. Deeper cleaning suggested.

The house and property were great. For a house that can accommodate 9 people and advertised kayaks, paddle boards and corn hole, there was only 1 adult kayak (1 person),1 children’s kayak (1 person) and 1 children’s paddleboard. The corn hole boards were broken but usable when propped up with logs. There was no kitchen knife block set and no toaster (we used the oven to make toast) so it made it a little difficult to cook while we were there. Had a very nice fire pit.

Quick family getaway

Quick family getaway where we could take our dogs. Kitchen nicely furnished with everything we needed for the weekend. Great lot/yard. Small pier that can really accommodate only 1 boat, but doable.

Amazing Place!
