Come get your groove on in one of Demuth Park's newest vacation homes. This funky and fresh 3BD/2BA pool home is ready to entertain. Located a mere 0.1 miles (2-minute walk) from Palm Springs's largest park and not far from all your modern-day needs.

Inside the home you will find an electric array of decor and furnishings. Plenty of lounging space for your family or group of 6. The home was designed to create a true sense of vacation and the sole TV is in the living room and the bedrooms have been spared technology. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare all your meals in-home.

Outside you will find many social spaces. Out front, watch the amazing sunsets on the porch picnic table or out back enjoy the dining table & sofa adjacent to the BBQ Grill. Fully heated pool and hot tub, along with sun loungers complete the backyard area.

POOL HEAT: Elevate your stay with the option to heat the pool, available upon request at time of booking or prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at $75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at $50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night. HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
