The Space:
Escape to this 3BR/2BA condo at The Village of South Walton for a festive beach vacation! You’ll love the gulf views from the balcony and end unit privacy. The open floor plan features plush furnishings and chic beach decor, while a desk is convenient for working remotely. On-site amenities include a lagoon pool, hot tub, grilling area, and walking trails.

The Village Center is home to charming shops and restaurants. Your condo is situated right above delicious restaurants including La Cocina, Lola, and Creative Crepes, Pizza By The Sea & Starbucks. Walk 3 minutes to Rosemary Beach or catch a free ride on the tram service.

LIVING AREA: The open floor plan features plush furnishings and chic beach decor that opens to a beautiful balcony. Enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktails and a peek a boo view of the Gulf of Mexico.

KITCHEN & DINING: Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets. The granite countertops provide ample prep space with seating for three at the breakfast bar. Share home-cooked dinners around the table for six in the dining area.

BED & BATH: This single-story condo sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms, each outfitted with a flat-screen TV. The primary suite is appointed with a king-size bed and a desk. Direct access to the balcony allows you to enjoy the sunshine at any time. The en-suite bathroom includes a jetted bathtub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a king-size bed, while the third bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES: Listen to live music and feel the breeze from the balcony. Located behind your building, the lagoon-style pool is a refreshing oasis after fun-filled beach days. Rejuvenate in the hot tub or dip your toes in the wading pool. Make use of two gas grills to prepare alfresco meals. The Village Town Center is home to a plethora of shops and eateries. In the summer, a concert series sets the soundtrack to your vacation days.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS: Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, Roku streaming capabilities, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the open community lot. This rental is located on the third floor. An elevator is available.

LOCATION: Walk a leisurely 3 minutes to Rosemary & Alys Beach & 8 minutes to the Gulf/Beach with Free Tram service March-October. Enjoy scenic strolls and waterside bike rides on the 30A path located just in front of the building. A mile away, 30Avenue is home to a plethora of chic shops. Pier Park is an 11 mile drive for amusement rides and oceanfront restaurants.

Arrival and Parking:
Enter the shopping complex of the Villages of South Walton and follow the roundabout to the middle road between buildings C and D. Once behind the buildings, look for parking on the right-hand side if possible (behind Building D); there is also parking behind the other buildings.

Unassigned parking is available for 2 cars. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Access Instructions:
Building D is located across from the pool. Use the stairs or elevator to reach the 3rd floor. Unit 315 is clearly labeled and equipped with a digital keypad.

Great Location!

The location of this condo is fantastic. The condo was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach was a little further than we initially thought, and there’s only a very small section of the beach you can set up on. The rest is privately owned.

Just what we needed

The place was at a good location with lots to do around at walking distance and the evening live music was a great addition to the experience. The pizza place downstairs is delicious and will make you hungry at all times :)

Wonderful and perfect location

This was our first time to stay in Seacrest and first back to 30A in almost 8 years. Condo was just as described and plenty of room for our family. Loved the location and how close we were to all that we needed.

First time to Seacrest/Rosemary Beach

The location was great! Right in the heart of all the activities. Close to the private beach so you could shuttle or walk. Chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and sand castle building stuff is available in the condo so that was a plus too. Lots of great eating places, shopping places and even a market on site. We didn’t cook a ton but we made a few meals at the condo. There were no spices at all, not even any salt or pepper, so just remember to pack some and it should be fine. The patio was perfect for hearing the music played every evening. We had a very relaxing stay and can’t wait to go back.

The location was perfect. Was not a fan of the front door not locking from the inside. We have young children as I’m sure a lot do that stay in this unit and anyone can easily exit bc it does not lock from the inside.

Great Condo in a Wonderful Location

This condo was beautiful for my wife and I and our four kids. The splash pad and pool were directly behind our room, and you could be there in under a minute. The condo was well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook for our family and had toys, chairs, and an umbrella for the beach. The front balcony next to the living room faces the main road. Every night there was live music right below that my kids enjoyed. It could be a little loud, but it was always over by 9:30 or before. It also was far enough away from the kid's rooms that it didn’t interrupt the sleep of our littlest one. The beds were very comfortable and there was a ceiling fan in the master and box fans for the other rooms. The condo was close to many shops right below and several minutes from Barrett Square, with even more shopping and restaurant options. The only minor complaint didn’t have to do with the property. The beach was overrun with resort umbrellas, and there was only a tiny area where you could set up an umbrella for free. In both areas, the resort area where you can pay for chairs and an umbrella, and the free zone, there was very little space to enjoy the beach as it was almost completely covered with people by mid-morning. We did some research and found Inlet Beach. It is a public beach about five minute drive away. It had plentiful parking and a restroom and was not over-saturated with people or umbrellas. Overall we had an excellent time and would recommend this propert and location.
