The apartment has everything you'll need, with super fast Fiber wifi, and Roku enabled TV. The large bedroom has a King size bed with memory foam mattress, and the smaller room has a Queen sized bed. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, and has all appliances; stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer.

The communal backyard has a BBQ grill and picnic table. BYO Charcoal, and please clear your trash after. This is a multi-cultural neighborhood in transition, with many new-build houses popping up between older homes. A local church feeds the homeless, so you may see people walking by from there. There is sometimes festive music from the neighbors, and train tracks located nearby. All windows are double glazed, and sound machines are provided in both bedrooms.
