The  downstairs features a king sized bedroom with large closet and another bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds. Upstairs two bedrooms are designed to be primary suites with spacious and luxurious baths and doors to a wide balcony plus two additional rooms that each feature a king sized bed with bunks. A large bathroom off the hall serves these two rooms. The carriage house over the garage provides fully functional quarters and has finishes worthy of the main residence. It has a separate living room, bedroom, kitchen, bath, walk in closet and washer and dryer. This beautiful homes has sleeping arrangements for 20. As this home has ample parking for six cars and a total of 7 bedrooms it offers planey of space for all.  Ceilings are twelve feet on the first floor and nine feet on the second with eight foot doors throughout. The living room and dining room each flank the entry and offer a width of 39 feet. The dining area accommodates a table that will seat twelve. The kitchen is a spacious 22 by 12 feet with stainless steel appliances and a large walk in pantry. The kitchen bar provides a generous work surface and plenty of seating for guests. In addition to the fabulous home, the neighborhood of Destiny East, a gated community with entry from the Beach Road and Emerald Coast Parkway, provides the finest amenities of any beach neighborhood. The Amenity center includes an awesome Clubhouse with a bar, kitchen, fitness center, and baths. There are also two tennis courts, basketball, a playground, grills, outdoor kitchen, putting green, large heated pool (April Only), a whirlpool, walking paths and a pedestrian tunnel to the beach.
