Bright, stylish, and full of Florida charm, this colorful coastal condo is the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Enjoy a spacious open layout, fully stocked kitchen, and heated pool open all year. Just steps from the sugar-white sand, it includes fast WiFi, parking for one vehicle, and complimentary beach essentials—towels, chairs, umbrella, and buggy—for a carefree, sun-soaked stay.
Walk in through the front or back door and enjoy an open living floor plan, a fully stocked kitchen & comfortable living room. Off of the living area there is a hall that leads to 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom has 2 full beds. The condominium complex includes a heated pool, beach access, shuffleboard courts, charcoal grills and onsite paid laundry.
Please Note* This is a 2nd floor condo and the complex does NOT have elevators. You must be able to walk up flights of stairs.
Guests have full access to the condo, year-round heated pool, and shared resort amenities. Parking for one vehicle and complimentary beach gear—towels, chairs, umbrella, and buggy—are all included.

- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.

- Towels and belongings cannot be draped over balcony.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
