Completely remodeled 6th floor Condo with our guests in mind.

As soon as enter Mahana 607, you will be mesmerized by the view.

Our unit offers:
* Floor to ceiling windows with Oceanfront views. You can't get any closer without being on top of the water.
* The views will offer spectacular sunset views, whale watching during whale season, turtles sightings that call the reef in front of the Mahana home
* You will see the boats at night that are all lit up

This condo is completely remodeled. Here are some highlights:

Amazing

This condo did not disappoint!! View is better than the pictures show. Watched wahles and honu from our lanai ! Kitchen is fully stocked , bed is comfy and didn’t even need the air conditioner as the trade winds kept the place cool . Nothing better than hearing the waves crash at night. Great location for food access and snorkeling !! We will be back next year for sure!!! Thank you for sharing ur lovely home with us!! Mahalo 🌺

Would stay again!

This condo was perfect for what we were looking for. The view to the ocean could not get better! The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer saved us because we could was our towels and bathing suits at the end of each day. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Maui.

Great Views, but Not Very Clean

We stayed at this property for 7 days to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The condo has some fantastic oceanfront views. However, it desperately needed a deep cleaning. While the kitchen/bath appears to be recently renovated, the rest of the condo feels quite old and parts seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in months. We enjoyed the location (a little over a mile walk back to Kaanapali), but we missed having a beach to be able to go in from the property, and there was coral preventing us from entering the water. Overall, a good stay, but we just can't give it a 5 star rating.

Amazing Oceanfront View

This condo has an amazing oceanfront view. We were able to see whales, dolphins and sea turtles. Truly the highlight of our stay. It was very soothing hearing the ocean at night. The property resort was clean and grounds are well maintained. Staff were very helpful.

perfect location , right on the beach. You will have beautiful ocean views from anywhere in the condo.good kitchen and was stocked with necessary spices for cooking too.Also has couple of beach chairs for use.food trucks close by, 5 min walk. Overall excellent property, would definitely return.

Fabulous view with perfect location

What an amazing view! Perfect location to stay at Mahana. Easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and lots of food trucks outside in a walkable distance. Julie is very pleasant and easy to communicate. Her condo equipped with everything we need from kitchen supplies to beach chair and more….Love her place and will be back.

Honeymoon

We had an excellent time staying here for our honeymoon. The unit had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We enjoyed going to the beach every day, walking the boardwalk every morning, and watching sea turtles from the lanai. We hope to be back soon!

Celebration for Educational Milestones

Maui is amazing and this location is outstanding. It really had everything you'd want for a resort stay without the crowds. The ocean view is SPECTACULAR and foot access to the beach made for lovely walks and happy swimming and snorkeling. We didn't want to leave and definitely want to return. Beachfront Paradise!

March 21 We stayed in this amazing condo for our honeymoon. The view from this 6th floor condo couldn't be any more picturesque! It's centrally located between the palm trees out front, with a perfect view of the neighboring islands of Lanai, and Molakai, along with the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The condo is very clean, with a simple, elegant, Hawaiian theme. It also has literally everything you need for cooking, and entertainment! The host Julie, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative on what to expect while staying at this amazing condo in Maui. I highly recommend staying here, it's oceanfront paradise!

Whales and Rainbows- A Total Paradise!

This property has everything you need for a great Hawaii experience! It is right on the water and we could see whales jumping out of the ocean from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is well stocked to enjoy some meals "at home." Julie was very responsive and helped guide us through the Covid hoops to get to the state. Great place! There was some construction going on so if you plan to stay in the room at all during the day, that could be unpleasant. We weren't really in the room so it was not a big deal for us.

Overview of unit 607 and the Mahana

This unit has everything you will need for 'beach days' such as snorkeling, chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, towels, etc. The Mahana property is a collection of condos, all of them face the ocean. It was built in the mid 1970s and has been very well maintained. This is not a 'full service' resort with restaurants, bars, poolside drink/food service. The vibe is quiet, laid-back, lots of good-book-reading in the lounge chairs going on. The clientele is mostly early middle-aged on up. Lots of retirees, most of them were owners or longtime returnees to the same units over many years. The 4-grill station by the pool was a great gathering spot in the late afternoon as people waiting for a grill to open up chatted about what they were doing and where they were from. The Mahana is at the north end of a long board walk that goes all the way to Black Rock and is a good morning walk/jog along the beach-fronts of all the other resorts/properties. If you need absolute quiet to sleep, then bring ear plugs. The beach break is directly below the property and even with all the windows closed and the curtains drawn there is a constant low-level 'roar'. We found this to be sleep-inducing similar to white noise but others may not. This time of year, the humpback whales and their babies were constantly putting on show in front of the lanai, very entertaining. The only down side to the unit was the confusing array of four remotes needed to control the TV with no detailed instructions. We have found that this is a common condition of vacation rentals that have WIFI, cable/satellite boxes, TVs, Stereo system all with their own remotes and then a universal one as well. We never could find NetFlix and other streaming services to watch some of our favorite programs; not a big deal for us as we didn't come to Maui to watch TV. If you need this, then get detailed instructions before hand. All-in-All, the property and the unit were as advertised and suited us very well, we will return.

Very nice property

This unit literally gives you the opportunity to watch the whales out your window. We saw them numerous times while sitting on the lanai. We played in the ocean right outside the unit and found plenty of sand and it was not crowded at all. Julie was easy to work with and the only minor issue we had with a parking permit was fixed within 2 minutes of calling. I would definitely stay at this property again next time I’m on Maui. Thanks again!

Best Condo on Maui Hands Down

This is our 10th trip to Maui and Mahana 607 condo has stunning views, very clean and comfortable. The condo has beach chairs and a cooler that we used a lot. The kitchen has quality items to cook with. This place is top notch and Julie and Greg are wonderful people to work with. We plan to return next year. They also have other condos in case you don't find availability here - it's called LuxVaca.

They were so amazed with the oceanfront location and the views - that they immediately made a purchase of their own. We all live in Northern California and my first visit to Maui was in 1999 for our honeymoon. We vacation on Maui once or twice a year. We loved it so much that we decided to buy a condo. Soon after we made our purchase, my parents decided to make a purchase of their own. We love our properties on Maui and enjoy having Maui as part of our daily lives.
