Granby is also a short drive away from some of Colorado's world-famous hot springs that are said to have therapeutic properties. Relax with some of the resort's amenities like a hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool, a fully-stocked game room with billiards and arcade games, and grilling area.

Indoors you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light and a warm welcoming air about the place. The grand stone fireplace is conveniently located next to the large TV, perfect for cuddling up and enjoying a movie night. The full kitchen is great for hobby chefs, featuring stainless steel appliances and plenty of cupboard room. The condo boasts a beautifully tiled and spacious tub and shower combo, great for washing off sun screen after the day's activities. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with a Queen-size bed, a kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge, a wall-mounted TV, and a sitting area with access to a private patio. For convenience, a murphy bed and sofa bed are provided to make room for the whole family.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
