Located just a block from the water, this spacious, Gulf-view home has everything needed for a breezy stay. The large and covered balcony allows guests to enjoy the breeze and distant views of the Gulf of Mexico with two comfortable beach loungers. Inside, a coastal-themed, air-conditioned open floor plan welcomes you! The living area boasts a generous sectional in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable and a wooden Tic Tac Toe game. The adjoining, open kitchen is fully appointed so you can channel your inner chef! Equipped with a stainless steel French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and a four-person island, this space is perfect for entertaining as well. There is a dining table for six people that also offers great Gulf views. The two main suites have en suite bathrooms, while the other two guest bedrooms have access to the other two full bathrooms.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our Spring Break 2023

The property is great. The layout of the house is awesome, each bedroom has an appointed bathroom. The walk to the beach was longer that I thought it would be. From the pictures it looks like a short walk but it’s a pretty long trek. Great views from the deck! There is a fenced in yard for the dog. There is no outdoor grill, which was a bit disappointing. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the house.

Nice Property (with some important notes)

House was newer and spacious. Very clean and well maintained. Huge front porch to sit and relax on. Kitchen was very nice with plenty of cooking utensils. Nice bathrooms with spacious showers and plenty on hot water. Overall an excellent stay. That being said, there are some important things to note: 1. You can see the beach from the balcony and hear the waves early in the morning and late at night. However from about 8am to 10pm you get tons of road noise as you are right off the main road. 2. Beds are firm to very firm. If you like soft beds you will need to bring a Mattress topper with you. 3. Stairs - 26 very vertical stairs from the driveway to the front door. Make sure you have plenty of muscle to move your belongings. If not, pack lightly. 4. House under construction about 100 feet away. Everyday (including Sunday) there was hammering and loud noise coming from the construction site.

Great House!

The house was gorgeous and very spacious! Just disappointed that there were no blow dryers in any of the bathrooms. Never found any coffee filters and the last day we found the coffee pods mixed in with the dog toys!?! Sugar in sugar container was crusty, no creamers, or splenda to be found. The porch off of the kitchen really needed some chairs. With all of that said, just bring all of your condiments, coffee filters and blow dryers and it’s a perfect house in a great location!

Great location

The home is spacious and fairly new. Excellent location for us and the rental process was easy and convenient. Tips (NOT critiques) for future guests: 1. Be cautious with pets or children as there are pest traps scattered about as expected along the gulf coast. 2. If you cook soy like we do, bring some tools with you. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, but we would’ve benefitted by bringing a few things with us like peelers and storage containers. 3. If you don’t care for very firm beds and pillows, bring a pillow with you. 4. All lights are very bright. If you need a dimmer light/nightlight bring lamp bulbs or a plug in nightlight with you. 5. There are gates on the landings of the stairs. If you need one at the top if the stairs to the deck for kids or pets, bring an EXTRA WIDE gate with you. It’s a wider than normal opening (great!) but a standard baby gate wasn’t wide enough. 6. There is an awesome little fenced yard area, but the darned prickers have invaded. Make sure kiddos have on shoes and watch pet paws. Those suckers hurt! This applies to basically any weedy or grassy spot on the island. Great stay! We would definitely recommend this house to anyone seeking a relaxing, no-fuss vacation destination!!

Beautiful home!

We loved this house. We stayed here for a week, you have a ocean view across the road, beds were super comfy, lots of towels, nice outdoor showers to spray off. This is a brand new home, super clean. Some things I would bring Cooking things, the kitchen doesn’t have a whole lot. Beach towels, any beach accessories they also don’t have anything. They do provide small soaps but it’s nothing too much. I would bring hand soaps, laundry stuff, trash bags and dishwasher tabs. They have no tongs to cook with and the pans stick really bad so I would bring cooking spray. Showers were super nice, the amount of bathrooms made things so easy for our family of 7.

Big clean and great location

Overall an excellent experience…house was very spacious and clean and in a great location on island. Short walk to beach. Only improvement would be to add some chairs on porches and a grill…no grill so bring your own if you plan to cook out.
