The modest space is efficiently laid out. On the main level, you have an open floorplan with great views from the living, dining & kitchen. In the master bedroom, you can enjoy the view from bed & you have access to the deck from your room. The guest bedroom downstairs is large, with two bunk beds. On the top level is the 3rd bedroom, & the views from this room are fantastic. Outside you have ample deck space upstairs & plenty of patio space under the home for parking.
Sea Isle community offers a pool, boat ramp, fishing pier, playground, various sports courts, stores, & restaurant.
There are so many fun things to do in Galveston, TX! Enjoy Galveston, TX attractions such as the beautiful beaches, superb Gulf & bay fishing, amusement parks, gorgeous churches, live music, annual island events, and more. 2nd Time Around...

This was my 2nd time to stay @ John's place. Such a great little beach house. I think it's just perfect. I will continue to come back. Perfect location and perfect view of the sunrise every morning. If you are looking for a relaxing and cozy place to stay, this beach house is it!

Truly enjoyed my stay @ your property John and will definitely come back! Property was exactly as described and is situated in the perfect location. Beautiful property!

Check in process was easy, property is clean/kept up and plenty of space inside as well as outside. Very welcoming and feels like you are at home. Perfect view of the sunrise! A/C worked great with this Texas heat. I recommend this rental to anyone. Very happy with our stay!

Relaxing Family Beach Trip

We had a great family trip. The house in a perfect location, right on the beach. It had everything we needed— beach chairs, cabana, toys, games, charcoal grill. Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was nicely stocked we cooked or grilled every meal at the house. The Sea Isle community pool was also fun and easy to access. The host was quick to respond to every message and went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Perfect Location For Galveston

Wonderful location. Perfect beach wth hard, flat sand perfect for strolls, joggs or dog walks. Lounging on the patio can't be beat. Spectacular sunrises/ sunsets. Spent the Christmas week down there. We couldn't ask for a more responsive property manager. He kept us inthe loop 24/7.

Loved our stay. Plenty of room for two families of four. Bunk room is great for kids! Kitchen was well stocked and very user-friendly. Giant porch with a 24/7 view of the beach was the best part! Made me sad

This was a bucket list trip for our family. I hoped to find a house we’d want to return to year after year. Sadly, this wasn't it. We wanted to leave the first day, but stuck it out longer, considering the 5-hour drive home. I just wish more effort had been spent maintaining the house than staging it with accessories & fake plants for snazzy rental photos. Cons: The entire house shook when anyone over 150 lbs walked across the floor. The toilet in the master was barely usable for anyone of average height due to it being jammed up too close to the shower. The drywall in the main bathroom looked like there had been 4 inches of standing water in the past. Towel holders were barely attached. All screens were ripped. Door was nearly impossible to lock, even with a video tutorial. The overstuffed couch with a dozen pillows seemed an illogical choice for a beach house. I shuddered wondering when it had last been really cleaned. The area under the house was like a construction zone with a mix of sand & mud. It was difficult for one of my family members and dog to navigate. She even fell in a large hole that wasn't visible because the grass was so high. After that, I had to carry her back and forth from the stairs to the sand. Due to the lack of pavers or planks on the ground, it wasn't possible to get in the house after rinsing our feet from either shower or hose without walking back in the sand and dirt. :-( Pros: oceanfront, pet friendly, comfortable downstairs beds

Never, never never - Don't walk but run from this property

Upon arriving the maintenance worker handed my the keys. The front door is broke and a pain to close and lock. We have a two year old and he got out twice and there is no gate off of the balcony. After settling in the TV in the main room didn't work and the only TV was a very small one (ruku) in the bunk room. Tried to give our son a bath and there was no stopper in the tub. The water pressure in the shower actually bruised my wife's back. All the blankets and sheets had a very odd scent and were dirty. On top off everything we brought coffee but they don't even have basic things in the kitchen like sugar/sweetner packets. The stay was an absolute nightmare the the owner was rude and very unprofessional. I will never ever stay at a VRBO after this experience. The VRBO staff only cares about collecting their fees and does nothing for the consumer. The owner lied about saying that we broke "house rules" and VRBO just let this process happen. We didn't violate ANY rules and VRBO made us leave a day early. What a terrible property with even more terrible host. DON'T STAY, even if they pay you!

The Sea Isle swimming pool is located at 21704 Burnet Drive. The pool ranges from 3.5' to 9' deep. A separate "kiddy" pool is also available. The pool is open on a daily basis from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Additionally, the pool will open in May and October on a limited basis (Check with the Office at 409-737-2438 for those days and hours). Pool hours are 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M., weather and daylight permitting. Children under 14 are not permitted to swim unless accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older. Glass containers are not permitted within the fenced area of the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty, however Pool Attendants monitor and maintain the pool area during the hours of operation. The pool is for the use of current SIPOA members in good standing with the Property Owners Association, and their guests. Renters with a valid Amenities pass may also utilize the facilities. The Amenities pass is $100 and it is available from the office during normal business hours. Users must sign in with a valid Sea Isle address and/or pass, shower upon entering the pool area, and obey all posted rules and directions of the pool attendant.

The amenities pass is for the pool use only, and does not include the use of the pier, or parking at the boat launch.

You will swipe your security card at the gate to open the lock and enter the pier. The usage of the pier is not included in the amenities pass.
Please keep the gate closed at all times. Do not tie fishing line or crab line to the electrical conduit. The lights operate on a photocell and will come on automatically at dusk. Do not adjust the fixtures or open the breaker box, and do not deposit bait or fish in the trash receptacles because they will cause the cans to smell badly..
If you see unauthorized persons using the pier, please call the Galveston Non-emergency police line (409-765-3702) and report them. This helps protect the community from lawsuits by trespassers that hurt themselves on our property.

Notes:
There are two boat ramps and parking space for boat trailers provided for Sea Isle property owners only; unfortunately, the public boat ramp at the marina is closed permanently. The Sea Isle Owners ramps are secured by locked chains to prevent unauthorized use; you will need a key to unlock the padlock and remove the chain. Why you have launched your boat or pulled it out, please be sure to replace the chain and lock it.
A fish cleaning station is located adjacent to the ramps. Please be considerate of your neighbors and wash off the table and put all trash in the can when you're finished cleaning your catch.
Parking at the boat launch is not included in the amenities pass.

Notes:
The Sea Isle beaches along the Gulf of Mexico extend for 1.6 miles, and use of the beach is free. Shell collecting, sand castle building and kite flying are some of the favored beach side activities. There are no Lifeguards along the beach and sea currents can be very strong, therefore children should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.


Glass containers or alcohol are not allowed on the beach.

Open fires or fireworks are not allowed in the city limits, which includes Sea Isle's beach.

Beware of snakes in the dunes!

Per City of Galveston ordinance, the Sea Isle beach is closed to ALL vehicular traffic, including golf carts and ATVs. The only exception is a golf cart displaying a valid handicap tag.

Per City of Galveston Leash Law, all pets must be on a leash.
