Our vacation rental is perfect for your group of up to 11 people. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with smart TVs & Roku, comfy beds for restful sleep, plus a large living area- perfect for watching your favorite movie or having a fun game night (use our complimentary poker set)!

Kitchen: If you love to cook while on vacation, you’ll be happy to find everything you need and then some in our fully stocked kitchen! Enjoy gorgeous stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, a double toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, pots, pans, and dishes.

Enjoy plenty of seating for meals with our large family-style dining table and breakfast bar seating. There’s room for everyone!

Bedrooms: Rest easy knowing everyone in your group has a comfortable place to sleep with three full bedrooms and seven beds, all with luxury mattresses & HD TVs with built-in Roku and cable. **Baby crib available (bedroom top shelf)

Outside: Wake up each morning and enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee on your private, covered patio with a porch swing. Enjoy the lovely pond views while relaxing or eating breakfast on the deck. Want to grill some fresh seafood? Plan an evening cookout with our nearby furnished charcoal barbecue grill, and enjoy the intimate backyard.

>Need to work a little while on vacation? No problem! Our villa offers high-speed wifi so you can vacation AND get work done. Everyone can stay connected and stream on their devices simultaneously with no issues.

>There is a stackable washer and dryer inside the villa so you can conveniently launder your clothes daily, and a highchair can be provided for the little ones.

Just as our excellent guest reviews confirm, our wonderful villa will be deeply and thoroughly cleaned before your stay. Our staff uses CDC-approved hard surface disinfectants and sanitizer to kill all COVID-19 germs. We also ensure to disinfect of all doorknobs, faucets, & bathroom fixtures to keep you safe & healthy.
