This modern above garage apartment suite is set in Downtown Colorado springs and offers accommodation with a fully stocked kitchen. 1 bedroom with a cozy king bed and a full bathroom complete with jetted tub. Wifi is available throughout the venue to keep you connected. We offer coffee and keep the bathroom stocked with all those vacation items you tend to forget.

At Pikes retreat you will be within a 20-min walk of the Olympic training center and 0.7 miles from the oldest golf course in town. Colorado Collage is just down the road. The property is 1.2 miles from the city center and is an easy walk. Surrounded by cute coffee shops and quaint restaurants.

You will reach the United States Air force Academy within a 20 min drive and the Colorado Springs Airport is based 10 miles away from the venue .

The space-

Amazing spot with a great view for couples or the working business person. Very quite on a dead-end road with plenty of seclusion.

Please keep in mind our home has multiple units with 2 amazing vacation rentals with coded entry. There are separate entrances for each unit and they do not share a wall as this unit is above the garage (Please note there are stairs leading up to the apartment.)

Guests that rent this apartment will access the rental by walking past the patio door on the main level(Our other unit). We hope that this wont be bothersome if you choose to rent from us but we like to list it for full transparency.

The hot tub and outdoor areas are a shared space.

Although the outdoor spaces are shared guests rarely interact. If you have further questions or concerns please reach out.
