KITCHEN / LIVINGROOM
The living room exudes a modern farmhouse design, ideal for movies, games, or relaxation on a plush sofa. A dream Tiny Home kitchen, adorned with classic shiplap walls, is fully equipped with full-sized appliances, a fully stocked kitchen, and a stocked coffee bar. The dining table offers a perfect setting for meals.
BEDROOM/BATHROOM
This quaint, open-concept studio hosts a queen-sized bed downstairs with a vaulted loft, hosting an additional two twin beds. A flat-screen TV is provided with all the popular streaming services available. The bathroom has been luxuriously handcrafted with beautiful subway & designer tile, an irresistible walk-in shower, and a stunning bowl sink & comes stocked with amenities for your relaxation & rejuvenation. The bathroom also hosts a stack, front-loading washer and dryer for convenience during your stay.
PORCH
Step onto the large, private, covered porch with ample comfortable seating – an idyllic spot to soak up the sun or unwind to the sounds of evening cricket choir or stargaze.
GAZEBO
The Gazebo is located on the front side of the property, a short walk from your porch. This is a shared space that provides a grill, fireplace, and a larger area to entertain and star gaze at the one-of-a-kind hill country sky. (This area is fenced in and is used by the homeowners and their dogs. All guests are welcome to use but please message us before using.)
THE GROUNDS
This property shares its two acres with other homes creating a space suitable for accommodating larger parties. Should you need additional housing, please send us a message, or check out the other rental on the property called Morty Hideaway. Link below! PETS
We understand that fur babies are family too! We happily welcome four-legged friends (DOGS ONLY).
Additional criteria needed:
*$50 Fee. This fee is assessed after booking and is used for additional cleaning time required after a pet stays.
*There are two labs that reside in the main house on the front of the property. The owners have fenced in their front yard to give their fur babies a free roaming space. (If you would like to use the gazebo/grill message us, to give us a heads up.)
*Dogs must be ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES. ( Only exception is if you ask to let your dog free roam in the fenced in front yard.)
*Unattended dogs must be in a crate.
*Please do not leave your dog unattended and tied to the porch.
*Please pick up your dog's waste outside.
*Please do not let dogs on furniture or bed.
*Any pet damages to the property will result in appropriate fees.
Added Measures for COVID-19 Outbreak:
Our staff is cleaning with medical-grade disinfectants and following CDC guidelines. To give you some peace of mind while you are staying in Lola Hideaway. Our regular cleaning is a deep clean every time; we also replace all linens, bedspreads, blankets, towels, mats, and small rugs. Now, since the COVID 19 outbreak, we are also going behind our cleaning team, disinfecting every touchable surface with alcohol as well as spraying the couch and large rugs with Odoban. It is an environmentally friendly hospital-grade disinfectant that has a slight lavender smell. We hope this can give you some peace of mind during your stay. If you have any other questions about our cleaning practices, do not hesitate to ask.
