Located on a quiet street just off the beach, The Sand Dollar sits on manicured grounds with lush lawns, palm trees, and carport parking for 2 vehicles. On the ground level, guests have access to a private laundry area, outdoor shower, and a covered patio with a grill.

The home’s entrance is on the second level, where guests will discover an open-concept living area with high ceilings. The kitchen features stainless appliances, including a Jenn-Air stove with grill, granite countertops, and designer cabinets. The dining area has table seating for 4 with additional seating for 2 at the counter. The living room has a wide-screen TV for vacation movie night and access to a deck with Gulf views. The Adirondack chairs are perfect for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine—all of which come with an ocean soundtrack. A spiral staircase leads to an upper deck for even more spectacular views.

Down the hall on the second floor is the guest bedroom, featuring a queen bed and a private bathroom. The primary bedroom is located on the upper floor, offering exceptional privacy with a queen bed and private bathroom.
