DETAILS: Summer Place is a recently renovated, Gulf view, 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Cape San Blas home that sleeps 10. Guests will enjoy community beach access, a private pool, a sitting spa, a game room, and the quiet luxury of vacationing on the peninsula.
A spacious pool with a small sun shelf and steps at either end is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and a large sitting spa in the home’s fenced backyard.
Guests may take the stairs or elevator to the first floor, which has a guest bedroom, a primary bedroom, and a large wrap-around balcony. A small sitting area divides the two bedrooms. The guest bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and opens to a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. The primary bedroom has an upholstered king bed, sliding glass doors that open to a wrap-around porch with views of the pool below, and a private bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower.
An open kitchen, living and dining area, and a guest bedroom are on the second floor. Luxury vinyl floors and a beautiful tongue and groove ceiling add to the refined coastal aesthetic. 2 comfortable sofas and chairs surround a large TV in the living area and are flanked by a dining table that seats 6. Sliding glass doors from the living area open to a screened porch with an outdoor dining table and lovely views of Cape San Blas. In the kitchen, white granite countertops have a waterfall edge and seat 3 at a dine-in counter. Stainless steel appliances and rich blue cabinets provide guests with everything they need to prepare delicious meals. Off the kitchen is a guest bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a door that opens to the porch.
The third floor is all about fun! Guests can end a long day in the sun with a fun game of air hockey or recline on the wrap-around couch on the veranda and take in the Gulf views. Guests can nap on the game room’s twin day bed with twin trundle or opt to stay in the bunk room, which has a twin-over-full bunk bed.
Summer Place is the ideal spot to soak up the beauty and serenity of Cape San Blas.

*While this home has an elevator, it is intended as a bonus amenity and we cannot guarantee access to it. Our intention is to allow full access but due to possible unexpected mechanical failure, this cannot be a guarantee for all guests.
*Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way!
*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
