Diese geräumige 1.045 Quadratmeter große Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern bietet Platz für sechs Personen und verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl. Es gibt zwei private Balkone, von denen einer Blick auf den Dercum Square und auf die Gore-Bergkette bietet. Es ist ideal in River Run Village gelegen, sodass Sie nur wenige Schritte von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und örtlichen Festen entfernt sind. Außerdem sind Sie nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Hochgeschwindigkeitsgondel entfernt.

Der Eingangsbereich bietet montierte Haken und eine Bank für Ihre Bequemlichkeit beim Kommen und Gehen im Laufe des Tages. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Gaskamin aus Stein, einen Flachbild-TV und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Zusätzliche Bettwäsche und Decken sind im Schrank. Es gibt einen kleinen Spieltisch für zwei Personen mit einem eingelegten Schachbrett. Der private Balkon befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnbereich und bietet Blick auf das Gore-Gebirge sowie auf den Dercum-Platz, der im Winter über eine Eisbahn und im Sommer über einen Putt-Putt-Golfplatz verfügt.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Koch- und Geschirrteilen ausgestattet, um eine Mahlzeit für unterwegs zuzubereiten, und verfügt über Geräte aus Edelstahl. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für sechs Personen, aber mit zwei zusätzlichen Blättern bietet er Platz für bis zu acht Personen. Direkt neben dem Wohnbereich befindet sich das erste von zwei Badezimmern. Es verfügt über eine Dusch- / Wannenkombination und ein Standwaschbecken. Beide Badezimmer sind mit Handtüchern und einer Erstausstattung an Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit dem zusätzlichen Luxus einer Matratzenauflage. Es verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV und einen eigenen Balkon. Das eigene Bad verfügt über zwei Waschbecken und eine Tür trennt die Kombination aus Dusche / Badewanne und WC für zusätzliche Privatsphäre. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Flachbild-TV.

My children were up most night which impacted Our entire stay. The reality company was very responsive. They said someone came and fixed it and though it did feel better the second night ther thermastat was set to 41 and it was still warm. The master bed is pretty old. It is warm and pretty uncomfortable. I personally would not lay $700 for two nights to stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: the location was great- though you can find less expnesive lodging- to be able to park your car in a dedicated spot, walk to the gondola and back within a few minutes can spoil you. Hottub and pool were an enjoyable way to end the day. Small issues- being that most people pay over a $750 (or more) for the stay- charging $15 as a early check in fee because you arrive at 3:30- not 4PM ( and the unit is ready) , $10 for a replacement key card ( hotels give you for free), are the nickel/dime stuff that you wonder why. In additon our shower did not work for 2/3 nights we were there. It took maintenance less than 30 minutes to fix but why did we have to wait a extra day for a washer to be replaced

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 7th year staying in River Run village, but our 1st time staying at Dakota lodge, and it did not disappoint. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and bonus to gave a large bed for each kid. The outdoor pool and hot tubs were amazing and a quick walk to gondola and shopping. Great communication from SCMR, and they quickly addressed anything we needed. My only wish was space to put our luggage once we unpacked, both closets were pretty full. Overall we had an excellent trip!

Ski getaway

We had an enjoyable stay at River Run. The location was better than expected, as the short walk to gondola and shops/restaurants was amazing! We had 4 adults and the size was perfect for that, I think 6 or more would be cramped. The place was a bit dated and used, I would recommend a slight facelift and a reduction in furniture to give more space. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would stay again.

Keystone condo by Red River Gondola

The condo was nice and had everything you needed. The big disappointment is no place to store luggage and skis if you arrive early or when you check out at 10am and want to enjoy your day in Keystone with out a vehicle. When we arrived the heat was disconnected and we did not know until 10pm on Saturday night. We did as the directions stated and only turned it up a little and was patient for it to kick in, but it never did. We are from Wisconsin and know what cold weather is. Maintenance came with in 15 minutes and brought 3 space heaters and made sure the thermostat was all connected and left us with heat via the space heaters. He was very nice and pleasant and helpful. He thought the radiator should kick in soon. The following morning nothing was still Coming from the radiator so we called maintenance again and that when they found radiators were disconnected in unit behind the dresser, therefore no heat in condo unit. That maintenance man reconnected pipes and we had extreme heat for the rest of the trip even though the thermostat was set at 55. The location is wonderful and unit was perfect for 4 adults. Having some information about the Local keystone bus service would be helpful for guest with out a car since there are not many Ubers/Lyfts available in this area. Great location and condo. We’d come back.

Perfect Snowboarding Getaway

We stayed here for our snowboarding trip at Keystone and it was by far the best trip I’ve taken to the mountain. The hassle free access to the slopes and the warm cozy accommodations made for a wonderful weekend with friends. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress free vacation.

Would've been Great but...

Unfortunately, my review is not 5 stars due to the conditions of the condo my party arrived to. Apon arrival we noticed the condo was really cold and attempted to turn on the heat which ended up not working. We also noticed that there was no hot water available in order to shower after a day of traveling. I contact the property manager the following morning to make them aware of the issues. The hot water was fixed that afternoon but I'm not sure if the heat was. We were told the heat was fixed as well but our condo stayed the same cold temp until our departure. Not a great first impression but I will consider staying here again.

Nice place but plan on $200 for parking.

Good place and location but plan on $25 a night plus $40 extra a day for parking another vehicle. We had two cars and only one could be at the property. Very inconvenient when you have a second vehicle. Plus we ended up getting two parking tickets because it wouldn’t let you prepay. So my husband had to go out to the car everyday to pay. Kind of annoying. The oven also didn’t work which we planned several meals using the oven. So then we had to eat out. We reached out to the management company but no one showed up to fix it.

Other than problem with elevator the only other thing was that the village seemed to shut down from Monday thru Thursday after the wine festival. Very few restaurants open. GREAT location & place to stay when everything is up & running!
