Perfect beachside getaway!
After reading some of the reviews, I was a little nervous. However, it was perfect for me. As soon as you walk in, you have a beautiful beach view. You open the sliding door and hear the waves crashing. The rental was clean and equipped with all your necessities. Plus, there were extra beach towels and beach chairs which came in handy when trying to pack light. My son stayed on the pull out bed a couple of nights and he said it was very comfortable. The location was also perfect, it's close to town, but far enough away to enjoy a nice quiet beach. I would definitely book again!! Thank you!

Did not get the condo I reserved. Reserved and paid for a corner unit. Did not get it. Also major structural repairs going on during stay. Very noisy.

The beach was absolutely perfect the building and locations was very quiet however I was not impressed with the unit. First the sofa and chair in the pictures when I booked was not in the unit they only had a grey sofa no chair unit way too small fir more then two people bedroom furniture too big fir the bedroom size if your on the bigger size (no disrespect intended) the available space to walk in the room is extremely tight. There was cracks on the wall and ceiling that needs fixing up he bathroom sink water took forever to drain. Vacasa needs to periodically view units to make sure that it’s exactly what the online pictures show and along with making sure that everything is in working order… I wasn’t to pleased with the unit but I will say that the maid they used is good at her job.

Beware. Pictures do NOT reflect how the property looks
Pics show pretty decor. Not the same. Drab. Property needs work. Cracks in plaster and unit needs painted. Rust in tub and outside of tub. End tables in bedroom have seen better days. Unit had smell upon arrival and we used scented plug ins. When we booked it said king bed but it was a queen. Contacted Vacasa but they have yet to do anything for us. If you are going to go to Belleair Beach Club you might want to look at the hotel units which looked nicer. We travel a lot and this was probably the shabbiest condo we have rented.

Perfect getaway for two. The place was as described. It is small but enough space for 2 people. Very quiet and relaxing. The sunsets were absolutely amazing. We would return. We did have an issue upon arrival - the code given for the door was not correct. It was difficult to get a support person on the phone and when we finally connected with one they ended up having to put in a ticket. This delayed the start of our vacation by an hour or so and left us out in the heat waiting. Once that was resolved our vacation was great!

Great beach location
As promised, it faces the beach and has a lovely view of the ocean and beach. Clean and well kept property. Attentive maintenance when we had an AC problem. Highly recommend!

Condo was terrible
There was non stop construction noise from 8am-5pm everyday. There wasn't any hot water, they finally sent a maintenance worker after 5 days of no hot water and he came without any prior notice while we were getting cleaned up to go out for our Anniversary. And he couldn't fix it. There's no hot water heater only a box that supposedly warms the water as it goes through it. What a joke! Our pincode to get in the door never worked the entire stay. We had to get the keys out of the lock box and worry about losing them while out on the beach. They never did anything to remedy the situation. We asked for early check in but Vacassa said they couldn't do it. The bedsheets were dirty and unchanged. It had bugs. It wasn't stocked well. Only one beach chair. It was miserable staying in this condo. The noise was so bad you could hear it out on the beach. We asked to be moved to another rental in the area but they refused. We asked for our money back. We were told they would send us a check in the mail. We still haven't received a refund. We've been coming to Belleair Beach Club for the last 7 years and never had this bad of a vacation as this over a Holiday weekend at that. Oh, and we had to change the air filter. It was filthy! I went out and bought cleaning supplies to clean it myself. We left a broom there because they didn't have one.

a Pretty sweet place to spend some time
One the plus side the setting is just beautiful. Sunsets every night!! You cannot beat a private beach. Access to paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs and umbrellas was very nice. The complex was quiet and felt safe. The condo is tiny! Comfortable for two people. It could use an update for sure. Nothing you can't get by probably but it could be better. A few communication and response issues with Vacasa. Hoping that is a result of some of these properites being a new acquisition for them.

Amazing little condo on the beach

Bellaire Beach Club
Wonderful week at Bellaire Beach Club #214. We have stayed here several times before and it never disappoints.
