Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and generous granite countertop space. Kick back for movie nights in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your plush primary suite. Extras include a private washer/dryer, beach chairs, and beach towels.

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful property until you go into the kitchen

We stayed in 1205. It is a lovely unit, very clean and organized. We were very happy with everything until I started using the kitchen. I have never tried to use such a filthy kitchen in my life. EVERYTHING I have used, I have had to SCRUB before I could use it. Some things still have tomato sauce on them. I haven’t washed it off yet because I haven’t wanted to use that bowl. The utensils have dried on food as if they were put in the dishwasher with food chunks and then it didn’t get clean and so baked on during the drying cycle. This is most upsetting because until last night, my husband had done some of our cooking and he does not see as well as I do and no telling what he used!!!!! I am most upset by this!! I am disabled and unable to give everything in that kitchen the good scrubbing that it needs. I guess we will be eating out for the rest of our stay which is another week, or using the ninja pot that we brought with us. I expected better for the extremely high price we are paying. This is part of a letter that I sent to Vacasa and never got a response. I am glad to finally get this off my chest. The rest of the unit was almost spotless. Even the tops of the sheets were ironed. I hated to downgrade this unit, but it was disgusting. It also was one of the most expensive units in the complex, so I didn't expect this to happen!!!

Would not recommend this property

When we arrived, we went 24 hours with no air-conditioning. It was 80° in the condo we had to try to open doors and windows to get air and there’s a bird sanctuary out the master bedroom so horrible smell and noise all night long. The owner never did communicate with us and Vacasa. The property manager was not very helpful and as of now we have not been compensated anything for losing a whole day of being on the phone and trying to get problem resolved, very disappointed in the management. There was no room in the condo to sweep up any kind of Sand we track then and there was a considerable amount of black mold, growing in the closet.

Exactly what we needed for our visit to Indian Shores FL. Always go for a week in January as our parents are there for the entire month. Nice to be able to spend time with them but have a nice place to say as well.

Pretty and nice but not comfortable

It was a really nice thanksgiving week we spent here but did have issues. 1. Not enough towels for all of us so we had to do laundry daily, 2. there are3 nice tvs each has 3 remotes and only one was a smart tv with Netflix the others were just cheesy cable channels no one watches anymore…that didn’t work anyway wrong remotes? Soy o football games….No guidance regarding the unit.3. There are no tissues either brought our own plenty of bedsbut the master bedroom bed is Rock hard and horrible i resorted to sleeping on day bed. 4.Thec3 rd bedroom bed is broken in middle it caves in whrn you lay Down . Bedroom with bunks worked perfectly for the kids(3). No filtered water for whole stay we advised vacasa who never fixed the f refrigerator’s filter finally 5.No nice blankets even tho it was chilly6. it unfortunate that unit is right above a stinky bird sanctuary so I you can’t get fresh air on the balcony. This is definitely NOT your home away from home….. good luck figuring out how to get to beach and pool you are on ymour own to explore and find also you mustmemorize codes for doors and deliveries. Wish u could recommend but it just was uncomfortable My family couldn’t wait to leave bc everything was difficult. No put your feet up aah moment spent it all problem solving and trying to cook in a kitchen that doesn’t have a single spatula or sharp knife!but 3 coffee makers…. Weird I know….check out is very early 10am… how can you pack up after a week in a couple hours? There’s carts and elevator thank goodness but we felt pushed out by house keepers bc they needed to get things washed and in dryer which doesn’t dry efficiently…by the way. The owners should come stay I. Their own unit to Pprecyyhe sitio once in awhile!

Had fun!!!

I wanted to give 5 stars but we had 6 people & only had 1 key to get into the building & to go out to the beach. That made it a little difficult! Also, the master bedrooms sheets & pillow cases had stains on them that looked like blood. They didn’t look like they had been washed. I took them off & washed them with bleach but it still didn’t come out. We had to put them back on because we didn’t have anymore to put on. We did enjoy our stay but I just wish those issues weren’t there. I took pictures of the sheets in case you need proof.

Great family vacation!

We really loved this apartment. Everything about it was perfect. The location, the cleanliness. It looks exactly like in the pictures. The beach is wide and not very crowded. We felt very safe. Overall wonderful experience.

Condo was nicely decorated, spacious and updated!

Appreciated that both baths had 2 grab bars each in tub/shower areas, a safety precaution!!! Condo had everything needed to use inside, at pool and at beach for a comfortable stay. Make sure to take binoculars to truly enjoy the birds at the sanctuary.

Beach getaway

While staying at this property we had everything we needed. It was very clean on arrival. Some guest complained about the bird sanctuary next door. I actually enjoyed watching the birds. At times some odor was noted, it it wasn’t overwhelming. We enjoyed our time on the beach, they had both beach chairs and umbrellas for use, which came in very handy. The only thing that was upsetting was we had requested a late check out due to unexpected late flight change. They wanted 184.00 for late check out. Would not even allow 1 hour as requested. I would stay here again if ever visiting the area.

Room is great

The room is very nice with plenty of room to sleep. Master bedroom does not have a lock but all other doors do, I would definitely fix that. Usually if we arrive at beach early and room is ready, other places let us in. Owners would not let us in anytime before 4pm even though confirmation text said 3pm

Great place as long as you don't need any help from the owner

The good: The place was very clean and spacious, and was excellent fit for our family of 5. The condo had everything we needed and overall was in a great shape. It is about 25 minutes south of clear water and the beached are clean and not overly crowded, we spent everyday on the beach, and in the afternoon evening toured the area. Very relaxing and highly recommended if you want to disconnect. The bad: The owners / management company are not responsive, which is a huge problem if you run into an issue. They never answer the phone, and if they respond to an email it takes a day or more. Some of the problems that were reported by previous guests who also wrote about it in their reviews were not addressed (Broken fridge door, none working door keypad etc.). One would expect a better service for the price you pay. The ugly: We had a late flight into Tampa and per the instructions we received from the owner, we notified them both by email and phone (left a message because no one answered) that we will arrive after 9:00PM. When we arrived to the condo around 10:30PM, we discovered that the door keypad doesn't work hence we couldn't get in. There was a lockbox with a key on the door frame but the code for that didn't work either. We called many times, left messages, sent emails, no one called us back. Around midnight we decided to leave the place and took an hotel for the night. The next morning we received an email with the (this time) correct code for the lockbox, we checked out from the hotel and went into the condo and found 2 other pairs of keys inside. The keypad for the main door never worked through the entire stay. On the last night of our stay, I received a text message that someone will come to replace the refrigerator the next morning, they showed up at 7:00AM!! With the exception of the fiasco of the first night and the last morning, we had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay. In fairness, they refunded our first night after I sent an email and asked about it. It could have been perfect if the service was better.

Nice place

The place was very clean and spacious. Only problem we really had was our keypad on door stopped working midway during our stay. Called and said they would place a work order and gave the actual key to use. That was a bit of a problem only having 1 key for 6 people. We had to wait on each other to get back to the room. They never came and fixed it so we had to deal with that for 4 days. Overall nice place, would come back.

The building was nice. When we got there, there was some things that were broken. The refrigerator door was broken along with a couple of other things. It also would've been nice to have more than one key to get into the building and to the ocean. Overall a very nice place.

Family Trip♥️

Absolutely loved everything about this condo! This was our 4th time staying in Florida and this place was family oriented, peaceful, clean and right on the beach ! Grills work great and we definitely took advantage of them overlooking the beautiful view of the ocean. Only issue was the fridge door needs fixed but overall loved it and would love to bring my family back again ! Oh and don’t worry about toys, umbrellas , beach chairs, or. Boogie boards ( we left 3 behind we purchased ) they have it all!! ♥️

Loved it!

We loved this condo so much and would not hesitate to stay there again. I’m a germaphobe and thought it was super clean and well taken care of. The only letdown was the canopy tent was missing the top (someone before us must’ve done something with it) and we had to quickly go buy two small umbrellas to sit under. The condo does not technically come with an umbrella or tent, so it’s not their fault that it was missing. The bird smell that some mention wasn’t as bad as some made it out to be. It was worse later in the day, but you could only smell it if you were outside on the patio. It really wasn’t that bad. The location to the beach was amazing and you only have to walk downstairs to the parking garage to get to it. We’ll definitely stay there again in the future!

Nice condo, bad balcony

The condo itself was great with the exception of broken refrigerator door that per prior reviews has been broken for months. The balcony was of no use due to the terrible smell and view from the bird sanctuary. The door on cabinet above dryer fell off we had to screw it back in to continue use. Its not fixed just patched.
