*Cottage offers open floor plan with a downstairs living room/TV area, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom/shower.
*Upstairs has a large family room/TV, two bedrooms with queen size beds and a main bathroom/tub-shower room.
*There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, upstairs living room and downstairs dining room. Central HVAC systems.
* BRAND NEW LOVE SEAT AND RECLINERS PURCHASED FOR DOWNSTAIRS LIVING ROOM AREA! Bedroom mattreses are
moderate firm.
High speed WIFI/Internet service(business account). TV provider is exclusively ROKO(Netflix) - NO CABLE OR NETWORK PROVIDER SERVICE.
All the basic cookware/utensils essential for cooking/dining are provided. No need to bring towels, bath cloths, bed linens or blankets. A hair dryer and ironing board are available. Two coffee makers: a Keurig and regular Drip Brew are provided including coffee and condiments.
There is two separate private parking spaces for vehicles -maximum # vehicles: 3. There's an outside motion light attracted to the front of the garage(# 1 parking space) for night time and similarly, solar lighting at the lane entrance.
OUTSIDE SECURITY CAMERAS INSTALLED AND ACTIVE DURING GUESTS STAY AT BOTH ENTRANCE DOORS (FRONT AND REAR). NO AUDIO OR SOUND RECORDINGS.
