Come stay at our updated condo in Romar Village, Orange Beach. You will be a short walk across the road from the white sugar beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf. This spacious condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a stackable washer and dryer, and a large balcony overlooking the beautiful community pool. The well-equipped kitchen leads to the comfortable living area that features a twin pull out couch and a brand-new sleeper futon. There is parking for two cars under this lower-level unit. Boat parking is at the back of the complex. Cotton Bayou boat launch is approximately a mile down the road.

This smaller complex is conveniently located close to many restaurants and shops including an arcade and Adventure Island. The Dollar General is next door for all your essentials. The famous Flora-Bama Bar, The Wharf, and the Hang Out are only a short drive away. If you love to hike or bike, the Gulf State Park is also a short drive. This beautiful state park has 34 miles of trails, 3 lakes, a playground and more.

You can enjoy lazy days, avoid the crowds and relax in this fun and comfortable condo. It is a perfect getaway for families and perfect for your next trip to the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your stay and making your experience a memorable one.

It is a little under .5 miles to Gulf State Park - Romar Village public parking. We recommend driving, but it could also be an 8-10 minute walk if you choose to go that route.

You have full access to the condo, the pool (including outdoor grill and picnic area), and more importantly, the beach.

Efficiency washer and dryer in unit. Guest age for rental is minimum of 25. No pets are allowed. No elevator, but unit is on the 1st of 2 levels. Small table in dining area and bar seating. Parking is narrow however there is parking for 2 vehicles. Please do not drive on the sand. We provide one time use of dish soap, dishwasher pack, one roll of paper towels, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
