I am attaching the last message I received. If I wanted to use a public restroom during my stay I could have stayed in my car.

Hello,
I am extremely upset. I notified you as soon as I checked into your condo that the toilet did not work. I was told someone would be out first thing the next day to address. This did not happen. I notified you again the second day about the same issue. Again I was informed this would be addressed and again this did not happen. Which brings me to now. I received the check out instructions and still the toilet has not been addressed. We have either had to go down to the lobby and use the public restroom or take the lid off of the toilet tank and fill a bucket with water to add to the tank to flush it. This has all been a major inconvenience. I would like to be refunded something for the inconvenience.

Here it is now Feb.23rd and never heard anything back. I was going give very good ratings but my concerns were never addressed!
