Golf trip

House was exactly as described-super clean and very nice home overall. Host was very responsive and made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Terrible experience

As we walked into the property there was a horrible musty smell throughout. When we opened the door to the basement we immediately knew the basement was the culprit. There are two floor air conditioners in the bedrooms that were so loud it made sleeping difficult. One small air conditioner in the kitchen window did not cool off the living room. We roasted windows were painted shut so no fresh air but the slider in the back. We ended up staying out and about from first thing in the morning until bedtime. We could not tolerate the heat and especially the very musty smell. I informed Natalie we had to leave do to the inadequate air conditioning available in the property and the unhealthy musty environment. We left three days into our week long vacation. I asked for half our monies back but was told she would be happy to replace the moldy shower curtain and we could stay or leave and she would reimburse us $250.00 for the cleaning refund. After all she cannot control the humidity on the Cape. She could if she rectified the problem in the basement and supplied adequate air conditioning for the size of the house. We are in our 60's and would have enjoyed some downtime inside the property to relax read a book etc but having to be out of the house from sunup to sundown was not our idea of a relaxing vacation to avoid an unhealthy home environment. We have rented a lot of Vrbo properties over the years. Never left early and have never left a bad review until now. Buyer beware.

Great spot

Our kids love being next door to an ice cream shop at night, and great donuts in the morning. We are a pretty active family so we love the proximity to grocery store etc right across the street. The house interior is very clean and was spruced not long ago. Very cozy. The host is very communicative and great to work with. Love this house!!!

First Time to The Cape

We picked this place as it was available and in our range for the week we wanted. The place was located near many things and the drives to the beaches was under 30 minutes as we picked different beaches every day. The ice cream stand and donut truck next door were great! Many restaurants to choose from within a 5 minute drive. The house was very clean. It could have had some more kitchen items (baking dishes, glasses, kid dishes/ silverware) but overall we functioned. A few things that we wished we could have done without was the stove kept tripping every time we used it and the ceiling fan in the king room did not work. But overall it was a great house that we enjoyed and would come back again!

Newly renovated getaway!

This house was great for our purposes. My husband and grown children stayed, there was plenty of parking and we were close to everything; 5 minutes from the beach, gift shops and restaurants, across the street from grocery store and CVS and close to the bridge.The house was clean with all the amenities we needed. The downside: there was a view of Route 6A and an ice cream shop and a small back yard. Would not want it for a young family or if we wanted the beach experience.

Incredible Memorial Day Weekend!

My friends and I had a terrific stay at this beautiful property in Sandwich. Natalia was extremely communicative and accommodating. She answered all of our questions and made the process incredibly easy. Her home was in the perfect location to enjoy Cape Cod. We got pizza from "the edge" next door every day, as well as donuts from the coffee food truck in the same parking lot. It was wonderful! Not to mention, the short drive to the beach. We loved this stay and know you will too!

Clean, modern, comfortable and spacious accommodations in Sandwich

If you are looking for a property that has room for your family to enjoy both inside and outside this place is excellent. The three bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, having both a living room and a bonus hangout room was great. Wrap around porch is perfect for relaxing in fresh air. Communication with Natalia was easy. House is well located if you want to go to downtown Sandwich, to the beach or even just run across the street to the store. There is also plenty of parking. Excellent property and host.

Nice place, near to Shops, beaches ( from 5 to 30 min drive)

Very clean house. Access to small shopping center across the street. Try the Local Tarvern & Grille, 5 min walk. So many beaches to try.

Pleasant Surprise

We only rented this property because our reservation for further down the Cape was canceled. We expected to miss the nightlife, beaches, and events further south. We focused on local attractions like incredibly gorgeous Heritage Gardens and Museum, the different kinds of beaches, next door's food truck with delicious fresh cooked while you wait donuts, and the unrivaled ice cream sandwiches. We did have to travel about a half hour for our whale watch trip and the pirate treasure hunting adventure which is highly recommended by my almost 5 year old grandson. The house was clean with more than enough space for our family. When a plumber was needed because the toilet seal was leaking, it was fixed quickly. Would love to know Natalia's secret for obtaining plumber services so quickly. Thank you, Natalia

Even Better than expected!

This house is recently renovated and very clean. The property manager is very responsive to help if needed. The location is very convenient, steps from food, ice cream stands, drug store, and restaurants. Just a few minutes by bike to the Cape Cod canal bike path. You can walk to the Sandwich Marina with playground and restaurants. The backyard has a nice grill and comfortable outdoor furniture. Three bedrooms plus a large bonus room make it comfortable for 6-8 people. The bedroom with 2 twin beds is ideal for children. Single car garage, plus another car fits under porch, and up to 2 more cars could park in the driveway. For us, this house ticks all the boxes. We really enjoyed our stay!
