Guest Access:

The entire property is yours to enjoy, including the roomy two-car garage, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool, and backyard, as well as the washer and dryer. You'll have complete privacy throughout your stay, but we are here to assist with any special requests or needs.

Interaction with guests:

We are available via phone, text, or the app 24/7. You can expect quick responses whenever you need us. We're just a message away for any assistance!

Other things to note:

The property undergoes deep cleaning prior to every reservation.

Stay cool or cozy with our central HVAC system, designed to keep you comfortable all year round.

Please remember that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so we respectfully ask you to observe quiet hours, especially in the evening.

A pet fee of $100 applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only allowed with pre-approval

Pool heating is available for $250/day (82 degrees). Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Ask about our current promotions and specials.

For groups larger than 8, there is an extra guest fee of $100 per night per additional guest.

If you’d like to arrange early check-in or late check-out, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on our cleaners' schedule.

Check-in is 4:00 pm or later. Early check-in is subject to availability. Check-out is at 10:30 am. After 1:00 pm, an additional one night’s fee will be automatically charged to your account plus an additional $500 penalty.

Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are permitted to be on the property unless the host is notified and approves the additional guests in advance. Please note that if the number of guests exceeds 8, an additional fee will be incurred for each extra guest. Quiet hours are from 9 pm-8 am. Host reserves the right to discontinue reservation if quiet hours rules are violated and penalties may apply.

There are security cameras throughout the exterior of the property. Noiseaware sensors can be found inside and outside of the property. The purpose of these sensors is to notify us if the noise is sustained above a certain threshold. Normal conversation will not trigger alerts.

No smoking is permitted inside the home. Vomit, stool, or blood on the property is considered a biohazard cleaning and will result in extra fees.

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has central Heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $200 per day Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Spa heating is always complimentary :)

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs and covers the deep cleaning measures we take after check-out.

There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 10 guests.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
