Perfect place for our stay

A friend and I were in town for a conference and the place was perfect. Obtaining the keys was an interesting but fun process. It was like a treasure hunt. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, coffee, great area. Thank you for a great stay!

Stay in Alexandria

The apartment was clean and the bed in the master BR was comfortable. It was nice to have two bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the first floor. We would have liked to be aware of the walking needed to get from the parking space in the garage to the apartment, it was much more than expected. We also recommend arriving during daylight hours in order to more easily retrieve the needed check in items. The heating system seemed to be in need of service but the property manager said he'd be taking care of that since we told him about it when we left.

Nice Condo

Host was very accommodating and very fast with communicating! For a 56 year old building, it was very clean and updated! Convenient location to DC.

Great for family stay

This apartment was ideal for our family of two grandparents, two parents and a young boy. Our grandson’s bed was even decorated for a kid and had its own children’s book section. The full kitchen had everything we needed. Great location too!

Business Trip

Check in went smooth. The lock box took a minute to find. Checking out and putting the keys back in the lock box took two of us. We left at 6 am to go to work and had to put keys in lock box outside by the tree. It was so dark we used our flashlights. But the shiny metal from the dials made it impossible to read the numbers. We used mine as a flashlight and coworker used his camera.

Really liked the location. All of the sites we saw were less than a 30 minute drive including downtown DC. The apartment was clean and bright. Grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby. Had some questions regarding the check-in process and the responses were very quick and helpful. The garage parking was really appreciated. I would stay here again.

Short Visit to DC

The property was as described. Convenient location to shopping and Van Dorn metro station. Kitchen fully stocked. We couldn't figure out how to work the thermostats to turn the heat on when a cold front came through, but we managed.

Clean and convenient location

Overall had a great stay at this property. Was nice to have reserved parking spot in a covered garage. Kids loved the large pool with an 8.5’ deep end. Convenient location to downtown DC or pretty much anything in the NOVA area. Didn’t realize when booking that the property is two floors, but I realize that I overlooked the stairs in one of the photos. That was a plus for us because adults could stay awake downstairs without worrying about disturbing sleeping kids upstairs.

Vacation 2024

I used this as a stopping point on a larger road trip. The check in process seemed difficult until i read the actual instructions fully. It was a fairly large condo with a thing or 2 that may require to be fixed but definitely will be staying here again if my travels ever take me back. Very nice place overall.

Charming and spacious

My husband, toddler, and I enjoyed our stay and felt like we had lots of space. Wish there would have been a pack and play for our baby to sleep in but it was not the end of the world. Easy access to the garage from the condo building and pretty quiet.

Best way to visit DC

This property exceeded our expectations. We like to stay in Northern VA when we visit DC. Not only is it a beautiful condo that easily sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids, but is located in an area that has endless choices for dining that will satisfy any appetite. The property is close to the Van Dorn Metro station, making transit to the city easy. Having garage parking was a great bonus that made us feel secure leaving our car unattended. The host is quick to respond to any needs and the neighbors in the building were all friendly. Would definitely book this property again.

Nice unit

This unit was comfortable and partially renovated. The owner was very responsive. The building is old - first 3 days we had to take cold showers because of an issue with the water system. Parking is totally secured in a locked garage. Beds were nice. There is a convenient mini fridge upstairs next to the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own tv and ac unit and lots of storage space. The area is very congested - takes about 20 minutes to drive 3 miles and you do hear traffic outside the bedroom windows.

Terrible property stay experienced

When we arrived the main kitchen washroom/toilet the toilet holder was broken. The panty door by the kitchen squeak so loud every time you tried to open it… The ensuite washroom Has a tub drain is plug, the towels smell like sweat, and the air conditioning doesn’t work. We advised the host through out our stay regarding all the issues of the property but the host failed to get the issues resolved. We were told to just opened windows since it’s too hot and there’s no air conditioning, but when we did we couldn’t get any sleep at all bec. We could hear the cars going by bec. The windows in the bedrooms are located near the main road.. It was so inconvenient stay with the tub drain& shower issues and no sleep bec. Of no air conditioning.. i don’t think this property was even maintained or clean…both bedroom's are also kinda dark the lightbulbs only 1 lightbulb work the rest are all burnt out. Our first Terrible experience we had during our past vacations… We do not recommend this property at all!

Family spring vacay

The condo was clean, beds comfortable. The only real critique were squeaky doors (pantry was very loud) we never could get the heat/air right but I believe it was operator error. We were very happy with access to everything we wanted to see and do. The owner was very accommodating.
