Original Swim - Stunning Oceanfront Condo! Great views! Heated Pool!

No. 315 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo we call "Original Swim”. Located in a south building that was added onto the property after the construction of the original, this one bedroom, one bathroom suite is located 30 steps up on the third floor and guests can take in those ocean views from the condo's large wall of windows or out on the private balcony.

Bring the whole family because Original Swim can sleep up to a party or family of 6. Enjoy the privacy of the King bed in the bedroom, or opt for the Queen bed in the living room to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. A sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps 2 more, and is across from the TV and a gas fireplace so that you can enjoy a cozy stay on even the rainiest of Oregon Coast's days. The suite's bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub.

Original Swim also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex and an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope. We're also conveniently close to a variety of other recreation areas and hiking trails for the avid nature lover.
