The Space:
Amazing view of the Laterra Pool Courtyard and Lagoon from the balcony of this top floor 1-Bedroom 1-Bath condo. Wake up to a view of palm trees, peaceful fountains, and sparkling resort pool. Full kitchen and dining area for cooking and dining in. 50" Smart TV with premium cable package in living area. 32" TV with Roku and Xstream in bedroom. Apps can be accessed with guest’s personal subscription log-ins. Ceiling fans in main room and bedroom. Laundry closet in bathroom has washer and dryer. New King mattress in bedroom. Sofa sleeper serves as a 2nd bed for accommodating 3rd and 4th overnight guests. Additional perks are a new king mattress and a closet organizer for the benefit of longer-term stays. Enjoy a dip in the refreshing Laterra pool or just relax poolside as you soak in the Florida sunshine. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach chairs they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This third-floor unit has access to two elevators.

Guest Access:
On day of check-in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. We can add them prior to your arrival, or after arrival you can contact the gate directly to add any guests. Please send a message with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays.

The Neighborhood:
Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass, which is provided upon request.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

Other Things to Note:
We love animals, but the owner has a strict NO PET policy. Assistance animals must be disclosed and approved in advance. For approval, please send a message to the host and we will direct you to the third-party screening which must be completed prior to bringing any service animal onto the premises. If authorized, a photo and vaccine records must be provided prior to bringing the animal onto the premises. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended.

Interaction with Guests:
Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have packages starting as low as $25.
