With the perfect amount of space for up to four people, you'll all enjoy the serenity of the surrounding Mt. Mansfield area. Recent updates to this classic Stowe condo provide a fresh, modern, and relaxing home away from home. Gaze out the many windows at the forested and mountain views from almost anywhere inside. With an outdoor community seasonal pool for the summer months, this one bedroom condo is truly the ideal location for your Stowe getaway any time of year!

Please note: ONLY two vehicles may park immediately outside the condo. Additional vehicles can park at the pool area. Vehicles not adhering to parking restrictions WILL be towed at the guest's expense. Full-time residents need to park here at their own condos. Guests will not be compensated for towing fees. Please be respectful of these rules!
The HOA also has a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking inside the units or outside within 50 feet of any buildings including patios, decks, and walkways is completely prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in guests being fined directly from the Association.
