This ultra luxury, and spacious 2 king / 2 bath condo is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The unit has self check in and multiple retailers / restaurants on the 1st floor. Located in walking distance of Georgia Tech and exactly 2 miles away from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the Georgia World Congress Center! Equipped with free Wifi & Smart TVs in every room!
This corner unit has beautiful skyline views of Downtown Atlanta from the living room or balcony.
For security purposes there is a ring video camera on the front door.
There is a Google Nest Hub in the kitchen that guest can cut on and off.
Parking is $20 per day per car.
Arcade is NOT included but can be rented weekly.

Unprofessional!!

We drove 6 hours from Raleigh NC to stay at our booked 2 bedroom. Arriving in ATL we called the Agency to verify our stay and was told our reservation disappeared! We were very tired and ready to rest in our 2 bedroom that was booked last month. The man was full of excuses saying someone else was in the 2 bedroom suite and he only had a 1 bedroom at another location. We asked how could the reservation disappear when the suite was paid for? No response, only that he could refund our money. He obviously rented it to a person who offered a higher price. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Didn't happen

The day before my stay, I was contacted stating the property wasn't available. Even after asking multiple times how it's possible I didn't receive an answer. The reservation was PAID 5 weeks in advance so how?!? I was offered another property that was smaller and 20 minutes away for the same price. I declined. I contacted customer service who reached out to the owner since he wasn't responding to me. Then I was offered a slightly larger property close to the first one. However, even though the new offer was available, he was going to charge more. He eventually canceled and provided a refund. I spent the day before my vacation scrambling tomorrow find new accommodations for our vacation. Ridiculous!

Atlanta weekend

This was a last minute booking, and the property manager was great with communication and responded quickly when we had questions. Good location close to restaurants, and a short drive to the things we had planned.

This place was absolutely everything. The only problem I had was the pool was closed that was the main reason for my stay but unfortunately it was closed the entire 2day stay. I didn’t like the fact you have to pay $20 a night to park and $100 to access the key fob to the building which is refundable but also u have to pay a $119 damage fee ass well that cover up to 5000 so I didn’t understand why we had to pay a deposit for the fob. However, this place is definitely nice and is a nice size the view was everything.

Comfy condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was comfy, floor to ceiling windows creating a beautiful view especially at night. King size beds in both rooms and to top it off, Ralph was very attentive and pleasant! He answered any questions we had and gave us all the privacy we needed. We’re looking forward to staying here again in the future.
