Bedroom 3 / Loft Area: Located upstairs adjacent to Bedroom 1, this versatile space features four twin beds, perfect for accommodating children. Two trundle beds extend to form four twins. While lacking a door, this room offers convenience and proximity to the upstairs amenities.

Located on the main level near the kitchen, the bathroom boasts a full-sized bathtub and is equipped with all your bathing essentials, including high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more. ☕ Starter Supply: We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

🏡 Guesthouse: There is a guesthouse on the same property. However, everything is separated: there are different parking areas, two different houses, and two fully fenced yards. The guesthouse is just like a neighbor 🙂

❄️ Heating & Cooling: The Vibrant Victorian has central forced-air heating and window unit air conditioners to keep you comfortable year-round.

🐾 Pet Policy: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a pet rate of $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

🔊 Noise Monitoring: We also have noise monitoring and occupancy tech to deter parties. It is 100% private and simply measures overall decibel levels and the number of devices in our home.
