🏡 Guesthouse: There is a guesthouse on the same property. However, everything is separated: there are different parking areas, two different houses, and two fully fenced yards. The guesthouse is just like a neighbor 🙂

❄️ Heating & Cooling: The Vibrant Victorian has central forced-air heating and window unit air conditioners to keep you comfortable year-round.

🐾 Pet Policy: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a pet rate of $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

🔊 Noise Monitoring: We also have noise monitoring and occupancy tech to deter parties. It is 100% private and simply measures overall decibel levels and the number of devices in our home.

Solid property near downtown and many attractions
Small home on shared lot with fenced backyard with hot tub. Old home but outfitted fine for our visit. Walkable neighborhood with nearby park. Really close to downtown for easy access to various charming restaurants, Olympic museum, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and more. The professional management had pretty seamless check in and check out. Breaker went out on first evening and while we got responses, I’m not sure the message sender was a person so the fix instructions were a bit clunky. The mild issue was ultimately solved by our own efforts.

Great Launching Point
The location of this property is stellar. We were minutes away from downtown CO springs, Old CO City, Garden of the Gods, Broadmoor, and Cheyenne Mountain. The neighborhood was walkable and the house was easy to find. Worth noting, There is only ONE bathroom in this unit, and it's on the first floor off of the kitchen. When those in the master bedroom needed to use it, we needed to go down the stairs, through the living room, dining room, kitchen, and then hopefully the bathroom wasn't in use so we could use it. Not ideal, but we made-do. Also, the listing clearly shows a swing in the backyard. With our 2 & 4 year old, we were looking for amenities like this to entertain them. When we arrived, it was gone. I messaged the hosts and they indicated it was taken down for safety reasons. That picture should be updated or taken down entirely. The Hot Tub worked fine, although it's clearly worn from use. There were several plastic pieces and jet covers that were detached and broken, hanging out in the bottom of the hot tub when we first went to use it. Not a big deal, but the tub will likely need replacing at some point. It was fine for the purpose of relaxing in the evenings and entertaining our kids when they wanted to swim. Fire pit was lovely on the 60 degree days we had. Beds were comfortable, and the kids very much liked the trundle bed set up with TV in their space. There are NO TVs in the main bedrooms. Kitchen worked ok, dishwasher was filthy. Need more kitchen items

Great house with wonderful amenities
We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property and it was a perfect fit for us as our home base during our adventures in the Colorado Springs area. The house is updated and very well-appointed. The kitchen is well-stocked with all that you need. There was space for our family to come back after a long day out and about and just relax and recharge for a bit without being on top of each other. We enjoyed the hot tub and that was a perfect way for our family to end the day and chat about the day’s adventures and plan our next day’s excursions. Everything is well-labeled and the hosts were very responsive and did a great job of communicating with us before and during our stay. We really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Our stay was great. I couldn't have asked for a better place. Home was super cute. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see. Home was spacious and enough room for my family. Hot tub was great. There was only 1 bathroom but no issues, we were able to manage with the one. Big shout out to the property manager for letting us check in a little early. It was much appreciated by me and my family. Thank you!

This is a great home for families. Close to almost anything and I loved how organized and labeled the house is. The hot tub was fun at night as well. The beds were comfortable as well. The owners are very responsive.
